After many order asking for well done and light sauce, employees figured they don’t know how to do that so instead give naked wings and sauce on the side. Not what I ordered what at Manhattan Pizza your order is how they want to make it, not what you pay and order.
Took over an hour to be delivered. The gyro dinner was COLD. at least that was good for the salad. A good sized portion of meat lettuce and other gyro usuals came with only one small container of Tzaski sauce. leave the meal dry and missing that great Greek taste. My spouse had a pastrami on rye. The meat was cut very thick and not in traditional thin slices as show on their flyer ad. Everyone says they have staff shortages. Other places we ordered from delivered hot - tasty food. No excuse for these guys.
Just ordered a steak n cheese calzone and it was more so like a cheese calzone. No steak hardly at all. Very disappointed.
First time trying this place and I would advise everyone to try any other place before here. I ordered the Manhattan Pizza - thinking because it’s their signature "name" pizza it would be phenomenal. I was wrong as it was less than a quality pizza - nothing special about it. Additionally, after picking up the pizza and arriving back home I realized it was missing the sausage topping. I called and the individual that answered the phone was less than professional and could barely put two words together to form a sentence (Terrible customer service). I ate one slice and throw the rest in the trash. You would think, given the state of the US economy and price increases, they would take more pride in their food and customer service to secure returning customers. The one and two-star google reviews are pretty accurate for this place and I won’t be ordering from them again.
Had the grilled chicken salad for lunch, so yummy!
I always order from Manhattan, but hadn't tried this location so I ordered for the office, they didn't make certain food items and when I called they said "we just didn't make it, we can make it and you can come pick it up". If I already paid and ordered the food why was it not sent with the rest of the order?? The items that did get delivered a couple of them had wrong ingredients. I will make sure to not order from this location again
Sometimes this place gets it right, sometimes it doesn't. Tonight we got cold pizza and cold cheese fries without the bacon and ranch so two stars evens it out for me. You would think with the state of the restaurant industry that someone would be making sure that people at least get what they PAY FOR. Good luck with your order! ?
Delicious and quick. My calzón could have been cooked longer maybe at a lower temp though, since the crust was burnt/hard in places, while the cheese inside wasn't cooked, was cold in places, and could tell was square bits.
I was told the employees were all wearing masks. When I got there 75% were not. The cashier then told me, after getting me phone for a coupon, that he was not vaccinated. I appreciate that he was at least wearing a mask, but don’t touch people’s stuff if you’re not vaccinated. And don’t lie to people when they ask about mask wearing in the store.Management should insist on all employees being vaccinated as a way to show consideration for other staff and customers. It would also help slow the spread of Covid.
I order from here at least once a week always fresh, fast and delicious.
