Had a bad experience at this IHOP. We went to have dinner on a friday at one of my favorite places and this changed my opinion. Waited for more than 30 minutes to get a table for two. And finally when we were seated, more wait time for someone to attend at our table. Then the waiter takes our order, all I told him was we were really hungry and have been waiting for long. He pointed us to the exit and called us liars for taking a table. We were shocked and another waiter jumps in and apologizes saying that he saw us waiting since a long time. Horrible food. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend. Would not visit again.
This IHOP has the worst customer service. I tried redeeming a code online and through the app from the rewards system, but the system kept saying the code was invalid. I drove to the store hoping they could help me out, but the manager, Dan, said he could not do anything about it. I also had a code from a receipt, but he wouldn’t redeem it because I only had a picture and not the physical receipt. Additionally, when I asked Dan to try whether the invalid code would work again (I thought maybe the server was down given my second code worked), he said if the code didn’t work, then he would charge me the full amount of the item. I find it ridiculous that he couldn’t cancel the order or even test to see whether a coupon code was valid. The entire time I was talking to Dan, he was extremely rude, patronizing, and indifferent. After placing my order, he walked away and didn’t come back. He didn’t even give me an estimate on when my food would be prepared. I never write poor reviews unless the service is absolutely awful. You can see on my profile this is the second one star review I’ve written; the rest are five star reviews. The IHOP in Sterling is much better, so I will be going there from now on or go to other restaurants since there are so many in this area to choose from.
This is worst ihop in history. I have had countless bad experiences here.Today was the best! Was on time for my online order, and had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my food, and received a “not my problem” from the staff.Classy joint, I hope they go out of business and get replaced with something better.
Ordering here was a waste of my time. I ordered a curbside pickup, but nobody came out to the parking lot. I had to go inside, and for the first time I saw a bag that looked like mine, but the staff asked my name and had a quick look at the screen and told me I need to wait for 5 more mins. I waited for 20 more mins and went in there again, and the staff just gave me exactly the same bag. I will never go to this location, this is a terrible experience that ruined my Saturday.
Just average food quality and service. Wouldn't rush back to this IHOP. Greeters/Host were not friendly. Our server was the only bright spot. She was very nice and we tipped her 40%.
The smoothies don’t taste that great and are 7 dollars each!! Coffee always tastes burnt. Food has little to no favor. If it says spicy, be aware that means you’ll have a painful stomach ache all day. Never had an ihop I didn’t like.
Went to IHOP after nightshift Friday. At first I was happy to see them open 24hrs. Then I took a look at the Late Night menu. The 2x2x2 that I usually order for an overpriced 6.99 was now 9.99!I asked if they offer the 55+ menu at late night. He said yes, but apparently it's still 9.99. Not really worth it. If I'd waited another hour I could have just ordered off of the regular menu.Next time I'll just stop at the Wawa nearby and get a ham and egg hoagie for the SAME price 24hrs a day.Bathrooms were cleanService was friendly but kind of lackluster. They never refilled my glass the whole time, no extra napkins.
Everything was great. The only thing was that it was a Sunday and they had only one server. He was doing his best but he charged my friend the wrong check
IHOPs everywhere taste the same, this one gets 5 stars for service.
Excellent service! We did call ahead seating and we had a table immediately. The waitress we had was super friendly and the food came out fast. The split decision breakfast is always our favorite choice as it has French toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage. The buy one, get one milkshakes are great too! Highly recommend this location!
