I live less than a mile from this Domino's. After 80+ minutes waiting for our delivery a neighbor shows up at my door with my ice cold food. I feel like Domino's should give them the 12 bucks for delivering my food. Called them and they literally said...."well you got you pizza didn't you?" Real solid customer service there. NEVER again.
We ordered 5 pizzas for pick up. We’ve been loyal customers for many years. Today when we arrived home with our pizzas, they were over cooked on top. The crust and cheese were charred/burnt. All of us (3 families) agreed that we received sub-par pizza. We drove back to Domino’s as we felt they needed to know what they had baked for us and we were unhappy. Upon arrival at the Elden Street Herndon Domino’s, the manager was extremely rude to us stating, “That’s how we make them.” He did offer to replace one of them. But then said about the other pizzas, “ I don’t want to hear your story. Have a nice day.” The behavior of the manager and his response was worse than the pizzas. I can say without a doubt that today, the Dominos on Elden Street in Herndon lost multiple faithful customers. We will never order from here again.
Hatice was such a great delivery driver. She was so professional and had impeccable customer service.
Cashier was not experienced, food quality was good. I always go for a large pizza with green bell peppers, chicken and onions.
saturday night, 02/19/2022I ordered from an app, and my husband picked up the item. A pizza that we received was very different from my order!I did not ask for yellow pepper and mushroom, but pizza had them!I asked for onions, but pizza didn’t have any onion!I asked to put olive in one side, but olive was in the whole pizza!What’s going on?I always order from the same local store and I never had any issue?!
I love this branch at Herndon VA. The quality has improved significantly after it is relocated to a spacious location a couple of blocks from a cramped area.
I like this Dominoes! It’s so weird the score is so slow. My pizza is always on time and I’m never missing an item when it’s delivered. The staff is nice as well!
You guys need to fix your phone system. Having to jump through hoops and robots is extremely aggravating. I don't even feel like a human being anymore. Once I CAN get through to a person, which takes about 20 years, the service is great. :)
I called and was transferred twice only to get yelled at for calling the wrong store. Automated system transferred me to a person. Then I was transferred to nearest store who then told me I called the wrong one and to call another store. I can’t order online because the map isn’t up to date for my service area. Customer service is a tough job. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect the same level I’m giving.
Worst customer service i have from this Dominos store First called per google near me. The person who picked up the phone told me its not the right store after getting the address which i have provided her twice. Then she said she will transfer the call after a min of holding hung up. Then i called again then she we don’t transfer calls. Then she put my number in not sure what list but when calling get msg your call is abandoned. Called from diff number which works fine.
