The cash register guy and older woman needs to work on their very poor attitude. They were saying bad things in Spanish to each other. Honestly this is the worst unwelcoming experience I’ve had at chipotle and I’m with my family. Chipotle please fix this.Edit: they also do not have any ice in the drink machine and no forks, spoons & knives. This chipotle is the worst I’ve ever been to.
Very stingy with everything. I have to keep telling them to add more (rice, beans, etc) Id be really scared if I had to Uber eats from here. It would weigh next to nothing.
Both in person and through DoorDash I have issues with proper portions of meat. The employees do not fill up the portion scoops like they're supposed to, so I end up with just a few pieces of carnitas - maybe 1/4 cup worth (and half of that was inedible fat). Basically paying for a bowl or rice and guacamole. Not sure if it's laziness, improper training or a conscious act to scam customers. But I will not be returning to this location even if it is right near my house.
I work at this chipotle and I understand these reviews, but people also need to realize from a worker perspective that it isn’t easy for us either. We have multiple tasks not just one, we have to prioritize online orders over in person customers due to time window. We are timed on online orders unlike in person. Also we don’t get to choose the portions, we are overlooked by the managers and have to follow protocol otherwise we get scolded. During a rush there will be an obvious mess due to being rushed with orders and not having time to clean up. Sometimes we are also understaffed and overworked. We are tired and still have to be energetic to enlighten customers. The orders sometimes gets messed up due to new orders popping up before later orders. We apologize for messed up orders and we always try our best to remake orders. It’s not easy working in food industry.
One of the better locations in the area! Great team!
Got the burrito bowl. The brown rice was getting dry and hard, but other ingredients were fresh.
I placed my order online for pick up. I come home and notice they forgot my tortilla on the side. It was only $0.25 but still, I was looking forward to it. No matter the cost, customer service should be top priority. They don't give as much portion as Centreville locations do either. I would go to other Chipotles if not for the distance from where I live.
I don't like Chipotle in Franklin Farm. I paid a combined $19.00 for a Brisket Rice Bowl with a side of chips, guac, salsa, and queso and they provided low quality service. Portions are terrible, Chips and Rice quality is inconsistent. Oh and they have a rich history of health code violations that they were penalized for. Chick Fil A, Popeyes, and McDonalds all have one thing in common. Their level of service exactly matches up with their price. Chipotle's does not.Don't eat there because their main focus is to eat up your wallet than focus on your experience.
Idk what to say. Maybe I've been abroad too long.Store opened late, no service, frozen-looking rice, burrito maybe half? wrapped? Maybe? Completely fell apart and just balled it up in foil with no worries apparent towards how I'd eat that mass. Then the soda machine exploded on me twice cause they forgot to set it up.Literally will not be going back to chipotle ever. Spend your money at Moe's instead.
Came in, in person and ordered three kids meals, with my three kids standing there. They proceeded to make three adult quesadillas and put them in the kids containers. We had no idea that was what they were doing. Went to pay and they charged us for adults after to complained they said they could remake them but we would have to wait at the end of line. Acted like it was our fault. They were beyond rude.
