Placed an order online to save me some time waiting. But my order was only processed when I arrived. It seems that orders are not prioritized as they come in.Been in other Chipotle where they have a crew specific to taking phone and online orders, this store does not. Poor customer service. Chipotle management should look into this.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. We found plastic in our food, when brought to the managers attention, (Karla F) she shoved me off. She stated they work with plastic it wasn’t their fault. I stated I just wanted another bowl, they wouldn’t give us another. Easily resolved with just being given another bowl, however it didn’t seem “fit” for them.
WORST LOCATION EVER. I ordered online to avoid the line and when I went to pick up, order was not ready. I waited for 10 min and the manager, whoever it is, came and looked for it and she said, someone else took my order. When I asked isn't that their responsibility to verify the order before allowing anyone to pick-up, she said "NO, it is not mine". When I asked, what my options are, she said I have to wait in the big line, order again and get it or go back and file complaint online to be refunded. When I asked what's the point in ordering online when I have to wait in the line, she said she can do NOTHING about it. She was so rude in answering too. Did not even apologize once . I will never go to this location again.
I’m not one to complain about these types of things but this place is straight trash. The girl that takes your order gives you the worst attitude ever. I asked for extra white rice and she barely gave me a spoon full. I told her if I can please get more and she got mad at me. I went back today and when I saw her she had the same attitude with everyone else. I never left a place so quick in my life.
Not much to say about this chain of restaurants, as so many of us are familiar with them. But I felt I needed to share what I witnessed at the Herndon location, right on Elden St.A man walks in, the young lady behind the counter asked what he would like.A "burrito bowl with brown rice he said""There is none available" the lady replied. "But I see some in the container," he responded. The lady said, "that's for online orders," she said. The man said, "What! I'm here and would like my order with brown rice!"Stay with me..This is when the cook in the back piped in and said, "you heard the girl, it's for online orders!" All this happened around 9:00 PM and this location closes at 10:00.An alternation erupted in the store while the manager stood watching. The man/customer asked the cook to come outside where he said he would "beat the life out of him."All of this...An employees life is being threatened because of mismanagement of the products this Chipotle serves and a terrible decision from Management to advise the servers to only offer brown rice to online customers. What? The store would be closing is less than an hour!!!I've been to many restaurants in this NOVA area, but the treatment of a customer that I witnessed at this location is the absolute worst I have ever seen!This is so unacceptable and I'm only posting this review because I don't want any of you to ever experience such treatment.I have tried numerous times to call and speak to someone in management to voice my concern and I have been hung up on each attempt I've made.So...be advised!!For those that have read my reviews and follow me. We order from this store from time to time. In today’s order, they forgot to put both the apple juice and the kids chips in our kid’s meal, and I didn’t realize it until my husband got home. There is no way to connect with someone at the store directly. Customer service is only available via the app. “The app’s” resolution was to give a free kid’s meal coupon that expires in 30 days. Not everyone eats at Chipotle every week/month so this is useless to us. Moreover, it is a regular occurrence that chipotle forgets to include the apple juice and/chips in kid’s meals. We feel robbed of both our time and money dealing with this - very frustrating.
This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Thats in the photo is supposed to be a chicken Quesadilla !!! We all know how chipotle usually make their Quesadillas with the square shape! + the service is unbelievably low! The worker put less than half a spoon of the chicken and when I asked her to put a little more she said that would be double chicken!!
Chaotic place as employees filling online orders and walk in requests together. While part of my burrito bowl order was taken, I had to wait 10 or more minutes for online orders to be completed. The online orders the employees were rushing to complete so I am sure some online orders were not correct. I had a small container of beans in my bag but I didn't request it. My order taste good so that is main point. Just be prepared for wait and verify portion size if employees are working online orders too.
Terrible portions, the manager can’t keep things stocked properly, and the food line can’t understand any English apart from the food items when you try to get something corrected. Probably the only disappointing chipotle I’ve been to.
The worst customer service ever. Seriously, if you don’t understand the level of service your job entails or just don’t care, the food industry is not for you. Management really needs to look into the attitudes their employees have and why it correlates with the lack of business and revenue they see. After the atrocious discrimination I had to endure today, I will be pursuing further action, most certainly of the legal kind.
