I bought some bagels this morning. I came home and found that half of the bagels were very cold from the freezer. Obviously they were not freshly made and were overnight leftovers. Very disappointed. Not to mention that the store was opened late for half an hour.However, I do appreciate that the owner responded quickly and offered to exchange the bagels.
This place wouldn’t be in business if there was any other bagel shop in the area. Bagels are now $1.80 apiece (!). They aren’t very good. The 2 or 3 employees hover in the back while lines form. Go anywhere else!
Love the bagel sandwiches and mango smoothies from here! I see reviews talking about slow staff/orders and yea that might be true but that's also a good sign. They are constantly busy with orders, at least in the store, I have not ordered online before. Clearly they are doing something right if people keep coming back for more. Maybe more constructive criticism vs knocking down their review stars with personal opinion. Just say'n.

I drive 20+ minutes from Ashburn, VA nearly ever weekend to get a bakers dozen despite 2-3 “good bagel” locations within a closer distance. It is worth every single drive.Best bagels in Fairfax/Loudoun that I have found. New York style water bagels with delicious flavors, large bagels, and reasonable prices. Make sure you try the Egg Everything! (picture if a 3/4 eaten one for your viewing pleasure).The staff is friendly and the location is convenient with ample parking. They also have a bakery and deli.

I've been going to Bobby's Bagel Cafe for a while now, and I was never disappointed. I recently tried their charcuterie board, and it was delicious. It has a variety of flavors, including spicy and sweet. Everything on it tasted great, and I could share it with my friends at work. The staff is amiable, and the bagels are always fresh! I love the special touch of iced cookies they add to every board, depending on the occasion.
Good sandwiches, always hot and well made. Service is good. Tables are rarely cleaned, if you plan on eating inside.
Wanted something different for a quick breakfast and thought why not Nova lox? Enjoyed my Nova Lox on onion bagel that was delicious and filling. Great service and zero wait at the counter, not bad for a Wednesday morning.
