Will never go to this location again. The lady taking the order in the drive thru was extremely rude for no reason, claimed they didn’t make a certain item that was clearly on their menu, and completely left off one of my combo orders and replaced it with a large drink. When I got to the drive thru window, I was told to wait by the side door for my order, and I asked for my receipt there because I felt like my total didn’t match my order, which it didn’t. I told them that my order was messed up, and the person took my receipt. I had to wait several minutes in a drive thru rush for my order. When my food finally came out, it still hadn’t been fixed, so I asked for a refund. I had to fight through the drive thru traffic to park to get the refund. Apparently the rude lady who took my order was one of the managers or supervisors, and she asked me why I needed a refund. When I told her my order was messed up, she rudely responded that they were short staffed. I responded that I understood, but that is not an excuse for her extreme and unprovoked rudeness. I did get my refund, but her rudeness and ignorance is inexcusable. Also, don’t bother contacting corporate, because they ignore you as well. In summary, stay away from this location. It’s kind of been going downhill for awhile now…
Had the new chicken sandwich. It was just ok. First time I ate there. Wasn't overly impressed.
Time & time again I'm seeming to have this same issue at this location. You order extra fries with your meal & you go BIG, with your fries & your drink. Just to get home & notice you have a small handful of fries in the top left corner. Now a few months back, when I made that same order, the whole left side of my container would be full of fries. And what's sad is they went up in prices but you're not even getting what you paid for. I don't know what happened but maybe the employees need to be retrained.
They forgot my sandwich but still charged me for it. Then told me there’s nothing they can do because they are busy and out of stock on a bunch of things. So they stole $10 from me and blamed it on being out of stock on the sandwich.

This spot had fresh food, the frys came out hot.
The regular hours are until 10pm..On 1/15/22.. at 9 pm the door was already locked..The hand written Sign says lobby closed until 1/10/22..
This particular visit was my first time having Zaxby's. The food was delicious, and much better than I was expecting (I'm not sure why). The line moved quick, and the employees were polite and friendly!
First time at this location. Food and service was good. Wish I could have gotten one more BBQ sauce packet. Otherwise this visit was good. Would return if I'm in the area.
Always great service, fast food, and hot fries. I love their original and nuclear sauces! If you like teriyaki then try the sweet and spicy sauce.
