Wings were very good. Thought we'd have some left overs, but there were non. It was our first time, but definitely not our last.

Friendly employees and good food.

First time at this location and will not be the last. The gentleman that helped us, Rell, was so kind and really helped to explain everything to us. He was so very kind to my elderly mother. We had the boneless wings and they were full of meat and not overloaded with breading. The voodoo fries were amazing. Can't wait to come back. Great food and a great group of employees.

Very unprofessional, there was one guy vaping in the back. Not wearing gloves another using his phone with gloves and making food at the same time. Hope that a food inspector goes and shuts them down. Out of 3 people there there is only one guy that genuinely helped out. Hope that something is done, over priced food and even worse terrible service quality. Would give 0 stars but not possible.

People please check your carryout everytime you go here EVERY time ive ordered from here my orders been messed up. Either im missing wings or missing fries and gotta drive 15 minutes back up here to get it fixed and nothing gets done about it. The worst part is the food is good but it doesnt matter when you have to come back to the store for your food to be cold when you come back home. Zero Stars if possible

The wings were beyond overcooked and were obviously made earlier in the day and left out. They were also the tiniest little things I've ever seen from a wing. When it's physically difficult to eat since the outside is hard as a rock and the inside is dry as a bone, I dont think I'll ever go back.

I’ve been eating at this location 2/3 times a week faithfully since they opened up. Tonight I came in and ordered a Crew pack. I sent my son in to pick up our food after the waited time and they told him that they didn’t have our order. I had to get out of my vehicle and come in the restaurant again to be asked a million questions about where did I place my order. The young lady that took my order said she didn’t take my order which was a lie. She didn’t even put the right name down. She argued me up and down that I gave her Lewis as my name instead of Woods (my last name). Why would I give a false name? I don’t play those kind of games. I will never purchase food from this establishment again. I will drive further to another location. Horrible customer service. Never again. I refuse to spend my money where I don’t receive good service.

Not very good at all. Was my first time trying wing stop. The fries were the worst .I don’t understand the sweetness to it. Lemon pepper wings were not good at all. The mild wings were ok.

Messed up our order the last 2 time...seems understaffed. Pro is that the manager was still polite after we complained, become sometimes some managers aren't *shrugs*

Update: 1 week after leaving the review, absolutely no attempt to make this poor customer interaction right. Unfortunately I believe they are hoping that enough time will pass and I will simply move on.This is unfortunate. I have held off two weeks before posting a review hoping that Wing Stop would contact me to correct a poor customer experience.I had ordered a pretty good sized order ($75+) through the app. I placed the order around 11am with a 3pm pickup. My wife picked up the food at 3pm and brought it back to the house. As I started dishing out the food to my family, I noticed that everything was cold. The Togo containers with the wings had a lot of condensation on them when opened. All of the wings were soggy and cold. It was clear that the food was cook at the time of the order (11am) and sat waiting for us to pick it up at 3pm.I contacted the location immediately. The person I spoke to on the phone (mgr?), told me that he had a new cook and must not have paid attention to the time on the order. I get it, mistakes happen. I was offered to have the order remade or a refund. The location is 20 mins from my house, I did not want to use another 40 mins of my day to go there and back. I opted for the refund. I was told that they would have to contact the owner(?) and that I would be contacted back.I have not heard from the location. No refund.I also received an email to complete a survey regarding my experience. I filled it out honestly with what had happened. I had included my email and cell phone number and said that I would be ok if I was contacted. I have not been contacted.At the end of the day this is just unfortunate. I have always enjoyed Wing Stop. This experience has significantly impacted my perspective of Wing Stop. I understand mistakes happen. I'm surprised that no one noticed an order sitting for 3+ hours without checking it, but I can understand how it can happen.Unfortunately, this location (?), Wing Stop as a whole (?) has made no effort to correct a poor customer experience. I had spoke to the location that day and filled out a online survey...nothing. I wish you the best, I understand the struggles. Be safe.
