Terrible service here. these people need to learn something about customer service. That Liz woman should be fired because she is more worried about getting drunk and high in the parking lot than worrying about all the other tables she has. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I knew the order was going to get f*ckd up when she didn't pull out a writing pad. Didn't get the order right. Kept asking. Missed the chocolate chips on the waffles and these waffles are the saddest, thinnest, and soggiest waffles I've ever gotten from WH. I'll drive an extra ten-fifteen minutes to another one if this is the new food quality
When we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces. The cook there has the best personality ever. The food was delicious and our server was great!!! Will make this location my go to waffle house.
Food was outstanding, We got our food within 5 minutes of giving orders. Joseph was the only server. 3 other servers walked around and no other person would wait on us. Several other people sat down in tables near us and finally left. This is unacceptable.
Food is great, always is, but these employees are about ready to kill each other. Makes for an awkward dining experience.
Had a wonderfully experience here with a friend for a quick brunch on Friday! Just terrific service. The staff were very polite and friendly, from the waitresses to the people making the food. The food was cooked fast and tasted great. There is a more limited menu due to COVID, but it's a good value for good food. It was pretty busy when we came, so I imagine this particular location is popular. There was a good amount of seating and a variety of options, though the location is fairly small. It has it's own parking lot.
Overall, the food was good with the exception of my scrambled eggs having egg shell pieces in them and they weren't scrambled with cheese like I requested either. Now on the flip side of that, Customer Service is stellar. So, I will be going back to give them another try.

Nowadays you can't go to restaurants and receive great hospitality but the cook...no words can express how he handled things. He made you feel welcome and comfortable and has a nice sense of humor.. The waitresses were respectful and courteous. They all were very professional in my opinion. We need more people like them and I was just visiting in the area this particular day. I will be returning and recommend this place to those traveling through....Kudos to this staff?
