By far, the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a restaurant. The staff was obviously busy when we visited recently and we were prepared to wait, but it was the attitude of the staff that led us to just leave without dinner or a refund. Each ring of the phone was met with a very audible sigh or groan. By the time we left, there were approximately 5 delivery orders that were stacked up because parts were missing or the order was messed up. The employees were barking at the drivers. I watched three people come in and turn around and leave once the line didn't move. I watched our order go I the oven, but we were never called, so when I checked on it, I was first given the wrong pizza, then berrated for daring to ask for my order. This place used to be really good, but it's a complete trainwreck now. Don't put up with the horrible service. There are plenty of good places close by to visit. Counting the days until this place puts itself out of business.
Went there right after a snow storm where a lot of people lost power. The pizza and other food was some of the best I've had in a long time. They were so apologetic about the wait, but it was worth it.
They were very rude and I waited for 45 minutes for a singular cheese pizza. They were unstaffed but at one point an employee said “wait or leave” to a customer who had been waiting for 20 minutes and whose order they messed up. Overall it was really disappointing and I never got the pizza and do not want to return in the future.

Let me tell you that this is the best pizza I have ever had. Very good quality of cheese and done just right , stuff are working hard and friendly, very clean I do recommend it and will be back for sure.
I used to think this place was the best pizza in Richmond. Ownership changed and it’s really gone down hill. Cleanliness is non existent customer service is wishy washy and the pizza is only mediocre.
The food is great and people are very nice. I ordered a chicken sandwich as I did before in this picture; just amazing! I would recommend it for single, couples friends and families.
Good food. I got kind of irritated because I lost my credit card and when I called back no one would answer. They just Ignotry calls. At least they are working hard and food was good!I've already had to cancel the card but we all hate that fewling! Otherwise nice place
A slice of pepperoni pizza with a thin crust and Greek salad were the best meal of my week. I will be back for more, soon!
