This is a nice location but the drinks aren’t as good as surrounding locations. The coffee doesn’t taste as fresh, sometimes bitter and drinks are sometimes made too sweet.
Dont get me wrong,the product i got was great,no problem there.The problem i have is when i go into an establishment,i order,i pay,in person.i waited 27 minutes for 1 drink,i watched people for the whole 27 minutes,walk in and grab a drink off the counter and leave,i didnt know that on line orders must take precedence over all,and thats RIDICULOUS,27 minutes,and i said something 2 times,to no avail,sorry starbucks your service sucks,and needs to be looked at.
Super friendly staff, but there were 6 behind the bar and the hour or so I was inside, not one person came out to clean the dining room nor check the toilets. For me, more stars with more attention to cleaning after Covid pandemic. Drinks of standard Starbucks standard, which I always love.
First impression was great. The cashier was very nice & patient, which is huge in customer service. Drinks were delicious as well, thank you!
You can't go wrong with Starbucks. I love the drinks. My favorite is the Vanilla Bean Frappuccino. I decided I wanted to try it with coconut milk, and was surprised that they offered coconut milk! It was delicious and I was happy! Very nice large area at this location, it's nice and clean also!
Hello, i recently went to Starbucks in white oak and the past two times I had 5 employees named, Samantha and Jayla, Deja, trinity, Miko. That were very welcoming and pleasant and every time they made my drink it was very delicious. I just wanted to let someone know, thank you for the amazing service.
Manager working 8:30am 5/28 shift shut down my request via proxy to have egg bites heated in oven which location at Publix had sold still sealed in plastic packaging bc their oven was broken and there was supposed to be microwave in seating area of Publix but it too had broke so it had been removed. Food was still sealed in factory packaging and manager never came out of backroom. Poor customer service from manager.
Why even say you close at 9 if you actually close up earlier? Pulled up at 8:53pm and somehow a customer before closing SCARED them and they refused to open the window and let me know that they can’t tell the time!
A welcome addition to this side of town where the only options before were kiosks in Target and Publix with a toned down menu. The drive through situation screws the road beside it but then again so does Chick-fil-A.
Fast service, drinks are always made exactly how I order them and friendly staff!
