I go to this Starbucks every Tuesday as a treat for me and the family. Sometimes the drive thru can get long but most of the time they keep it moving. Just prepare an extra 10 minutes on your travel time if it's earlier in the week for school/work rush hour.
Went through the drive-through ordered a flat white grande, for some reason I think the prices went up. When I got the coffee cup felt very light, when I opened it up to add my sugar 3 inches of it was froth. I don’t mind froth but when you’re spending over six dollars for a cup of coffee you would think that they would fill it all the way up. Just not ok. I can buy 2 gallons of milk with six dollars. My treat is Starbucks, because I do like it but when things like this happen it’s a major disappointment. And people talk.
Caught them at a great time because normally they are slammed with customers. I want to give a special thanks to Katie, who was working the window. It's hard to get those connections with customers but she was energetic, kind, and made my day so much better. Everyone there is great but she really went above and beyond.
Drive thru was busy but fast. Got my favorite, toasted white chocolate mocha. THE BEST!!!
Great staff. Love the meeting space. Didn't know you could reserve it. Planning on getting info on how to reserve for future job meetings.Update: You can call and reserve the room or just ask to reserve when you get there. They ask that you do not take up the entire day in the private room.
I asked them for a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino. The person attending to my order sounded very irritated, and I didn't appreciate that. When I got to the window I payed, thanked them, and left with my drink, only to take a sip and realize that there was NO COFFEE in it. It was just whipped cream and water mixed together to LOOK like the drink was completed. Also, when I was ordering they asked if if I wanted it with or without coffee. I clearly said WITH coffee. But either way, it's a Frappuccino. White chocolate MOCHA FRAPPUCCINO. It's supposed to have coffer in it ANYWAY, so I don't understand why the question was asked. Not coming back here if they don't want to deal with me simply asking for a drink.
The manager’s terrible. I had asked for assistance from her, and was met with a terrible and nasty attitude. It was as if she didn’t have time. I also witnessed one of the baristas ask for help and she just walked out the door. Will not be supporting this location if this is what management is like.
Best StArbucks I’ve ever been to. I have a disabled husband and the manager could not have had more patience and understanding. The service was incredibly wonderful !!!! Thank you
This location is amazing! They're always polite and they have to deal with absolute anarchy on Saturdays when there is Cars and Coffee at Regency but they still manage to hold it together! Great job (:
This location can't get a drink right! Idk why my drinks have been tasting like a straight cup of burnt espresso but even after I ask them to fix it still tastes the same. Super irritating. I don't spend this type of money on my coffee just to throw it out and be disappointed.
