Every single time that I go to buy groceries at Kroger's , always stopped at this Starbucks to get coffee, they always made perfect coffee!

We stopped by This store before heading home from a Richmond trip with my 82 year old parents. Despite the fact that there were six customers in store, including the four of us, and despite a fully staffed store, the physically present in store customers were left waiting while mobile order after mobile order were put up on the board, complete, and waiting (chilling) for customers to arrive. What should have been a ten minute max wait, became a 25 minute wait for 4 drinks! It was not until the four of us stood vulture like at the pickup counter that an employee said two of our four drinks were up next. Eight minutes later the final two frappes were delivered. The barista thanked us for our patience. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this kind of delay in a starbucks. I miss the good old days where walking into the store, standing face to face, and being present meant you deserved priority service. The mobile order should be pushed back in que to accommodate physically in store customers. Frustrated. Sad. And miffed.
Earl grey tea was really good. Price is higher since they charge tax on the beverage which they don't do at home. Oh well!
This Starbucks is conveniently located near the front of the Kroger in Short Pump.
