I sat in the drive thru this morning for quite some time. I then sat at the drive thru window for over ten minutes. This made me late arriving to work. I also received a glimpse of the baristas thong underwear because her yoga pants kept falling down. (Yuck!) My order was horrible and did not taste right. I have given this Starbucks a try over and over, because they are right on my way to work. I just keep getting disappointed with the service and the baristas inability to make my preferred coffee drink correctly.The place to go is the Starbucks on Lauderdale across from Short Pump. They are fast, efficient, and the drinks are absolutely delicious, hands down. I have never been disappointed there and Kenny is an outstanding Manager. Even with no drive thru and a long customer line I don’t wait as long as I did this morning. I’ll just go back to the Lauderdale location, I give up on this one near Lidl.

Consistently slow service… inattentive staff is other high turnover . The one up closer by mall entrance is excellent , great management and crew
Constantly getting drinks wrong. Been there many times thinking it was just that day, but they get my order right maybe 3 times out of 10. Save yourself the hassle and drive 5 min up the road to get your drinks made right.
If it wasn’t for the fact this is the only Starbucks on the way to work I probably wouldn’t come to this one. Their drinks are very inconsistent, one day it’s great the next day it’s terrible. I ordered the same thing every single day and every single day it looks different.
Continually this Starbucks location has the WORST costumer service. Very unfriendly staff, unaccommodating, poorly mannered. Do yourself the favor and drive down the road to an alternative location. Zero stars should be an option…
