Manager was bad mouthing employees in front of customers at Kroger very unprofessional
The staff is so kind and polite, they make me feel si good aboit myself
Something about concerning amount of sugar and caffeine makes me forget I paid too much for a cup of coffee
So tell me what you want what you really really want... Was the greeting That we got when we pulled through the drive-thru. Awesome!!
I want to say that Ahmed is the greatest and happiest barista that I have ever seen at a Starbucks. He is very nice and always greets me in the most friendliest he has ever been. I have never seen another barista be so excited to talk to people. Other baristas will always greet you, but Ahmed knows what he is doing and always tops off my drinks perfectly. I would always talk to him while he is making my drink, Frappuccino's usually take the longest time to make but he is VERY quick at making them, I am usually in and out of Starbucks in less than 2 minutes! He would hand me my receipt and have a casual conversation with me and then by the end he would always make my day! There is never a day that goes by when I do not think of how good he is at being the greatest Starbucks barista that I have ever seen! He deserves a raise if I am going to be honest! Whoever let Ahmed stand behind that counter and be cheerful to his customers did the best thing ever! He is the MAIN reason that I go to Kroger Starbucks, I always see him working there and every time I order just because he is there!
Ordered a caramel macchiato. Cashier wasn't that greeting but my coffee tasted great.

The best Starbucks I've been to yet (And I am a fanatic)!! I drive to Krogers every morning just for their starbucks. Ahmed is awesome and has made almost every single drink i have seen on Tiktok, and is a pro barista. The staff is so friendly and the service is so fast, I am usually in and out in under 5 minutes every day.
If I can give it 0 star I will do, today 27 September at 7.30 pm I want to Starbucks 9000 staples Mill Rd, henrico va . I ordered latte, 1croissant and 1 donut for my daughter she said we gave you an extra donut. Guess what they gave me a donut it looks somebody was munching On it. The croissant cold I asked them to warm it up, she went and came back saying the oven is broke with attitude and she told me straight in my face go warm it up home !!! She added it Takes you 2 min to warm it up home !!!! Worst experience ever! I won’t go back again, we don’t want to pay money to eat the leftover. And wait one hour to get home to eat the croissant that she is supposed to warm it up. I wish the management would do something about it. She ruined my experience
