First of all this place has a staff that cannot communicate properly. Second, they are not very good at keeping the right temperature for storing their food. Today we had ordered a couple of dishes to carry out and the sauce they gave us to eat with the food was spoiled. After eating some of it my stomach started cramping and I had to run to the bathroom right away.Their manager named Gustavo had no apology or any remorse after we called them and brought it to their attention. Also, just so you know after buying a dish for $20.00 you have to pay extra for the sauce because they are quite stingy in that case. Way to run a business....bravo. I do not recommend this place unless you wanna get sick after eating there.
This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star! After walking to a restaurant with hardly any guest and full of employees it amazes me how they could still deliver horrible service! I had to wait over 5 minutes to get greeted at the bar at the bar! I ordered ceviche table side then ordered a piña Loka. A table that walked in after me got there ceviche first then I got mine. Right after I got the piña loka, no silverware or plates to eat with! That’s when I asked for a manager and one of the drunk guest sitting at the bar decided to get himself in my business which almost let to a fight but the drunk guest knew better and sat down. But the manager nowhere to be found, finally this manger came over let’s just say in my 13+ years of being in the restaurant business have heard a sorry pathetic excuse for the terrible service!! I can’t express this enough avoid this place the headache and frustration is not worth the mediocre meal!
Good Mexico food and great time with friends. Went for lunch, quick service. Food hot, attentive waiter.
8 family members gathered for dinner and celebrate. Very good food. I had chimichunga and it had chunks of chicken. Very nice portions. Staff very efficient and nice. Very clean bathroom.
Food was good. Service was Ok. They were busy. Salsa is great but chips are a bit to thick. I’m being picky but you asked….
Sorry, but was here yesterday for the first (and last) time and I could have done a better job and I don’t cook! Beef taco was a hard shell, ground beef and a couple shreds of lettuce. No cheese, no diced tomatoes. My two cheese enchiladas were folded in half tortillas with stone cold white Cheez-Whiz type stuff. Rice was good. Chorizo Queso seriously overpriced.
So disappointed. I placed an online order, I was craving Nachos so I ordered the Nachos Supreme shredded chicken add grilled steak. There wasn't any shredded chicken whatsoever all grilled steak. The steak was salty and hard to chew. How can you miss the chicken which actually comes with it the steak was an add-on???You would think restaurant cooks would pay attention to detail!I also ordered taquitos Mexicana..the beef was extremely dry.I hate when I'm craving something and it's disappointing. I will not recommend and I will not return. Order**3656
Service was good but that is where it ended. I understand that places are struggling right now but the food was awful. I had the burrito San Jose. It had no chorizo or beans, just chicken and rice, and absolutely no flavor. Lots of fatty chicken. My wife had the fajitas Texana. $21 for 5 small shrimp, a few pieces of steak and chicken. It had no seasoning at all. It was just warm, no sizzling on the platter at all. Had to ask for tortillas and got a weird look for asking for them. Tortillas usually come with fajitas. This was the second time for a bad meal. We'll go to Mexico from now on.
Ordered the Fajita Chihuahua, after taking a few bites and realizing something was not right I discovered parchment paper attached to the bacon. Server and manager didn’t seem to care and only offered to comp the fajitas but not the sides (lettuce, tomatoes, rice, beans). I couldn’t understand why I was forced to pay for the side items when I couldn’t finish the fajitas. Tried emailing the owners, hopefully we hear back soon. Don’t really want a full refund but would appreciate my $3.79 back for the side items I didn’t even get to finish.
