Picciotti's is my only call for pizza,subs,or spaghetti dinners. The gentleman Omar that answers the phone is always nice and friendly. The food is always delivered on time and the driver's are always happy and friendly. I would recommend Picciotti's to anyone looking for a good Italian restaurant. The prices are good.
First visit, called in p/u order of 2 NY style pizza, one veggie, one pepperoni. Both excellent, especially the veggie. Toppings generous and fresh, sauce rich and tomato-y, crust substantial and flavorful.Staff friendly and efficient.We'll be back.
Someone who actually knows how to cook a pizza properly. With proper spices and quality toppings. Not you usual under cooked cafeteria tasting pizza.Thank you
We are visiting Richmond for a soccer tournament. Decided to just get pizza delivered instead of going out. This was amazing!! We had a pizza and sub. The food was delicious, and the delivery was quicker than expected. We will definitely order again when we are in town.

When I was searching for a pizza place tonight I found this place and it had 4.3 stars. In my opinion, the pizza is average at best. I got two large pizzas. Both of them didn't have a lot of sauce, way too much cheese, the topping was non existent because of the excessive amount of cheese and the crust was really doughy. I'm a big supporter of small businesses, don't think I'm going to try this place again.
I’ve ordered from here a couple times and the food has been great every single time. A lot of food for your money and very fast delivery. Will definitely be ordering from here again!
