We had the best New York style pepperoni pizza tonight!!! So perfect the crust was just right sauce was amazing!!! Great job to the pizza maker.

Food was great, actually above average for Papa’s. Had the absolute worst customer service interaction with the delivery driver. The rudest person I’ve ever dealt with, wish I could get my tip back.
Something is wrong with online. I try over and over to order a pizza online and it says my email is not real...only had it for 20 years..if places are moving to online they should work or you will lose money and people. This is one reason why I stopped being a GM in restuarants. I was so tired of trying to cover up what IT messed up.
Ordered sides that were never delivered. They kept money and never offered any type of compensation for spending my money for me.The pepperoni and pineapple I ordered....was about 7 pepperoni and 10 little slivers of pineapple. What a waste of my money. They need better managment to control what is being sent.
I never write reviews but after tonight I had to. Out of all the Papa John’s in the city this is the best one to go to. I order here all the time and tonight I accidentally ordered the gluten free crust small pepperoni pizza online instead of original crust. The pizza tasted like cardboard I don’t know how people order that crust. But I called the store and told them I ordered the wrong crust by mistake. The manager was understanding and remade my order with original crust and 23 minutes later the driver was back at my house. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza she gave me a large. Thank y’all so much

Better than average pizza, but pricey for what you get. It's the most expensive between them, Domino's, and Pizza Hut.
LOVE IT AND DELIVERY OR PICK UP I DO EITHER. PICK UP IS MUCH CHEAPER CHARGE FOR DELIVERY, BUT WHEN YOURE LAID BACK DELIVERY IS BETTER..
