This use to be a good place to go but now they are so slow that even if you place a online order you will still have to wait 30 minutes or more to get your food when you get there the staff seem to like to get attitude when you tell them you placed a online order they make you wait for ever to get your food. If I place a online order I expect it to be ready when I get there and to have to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready. I will more then likely stop going as the staff don't care about you and never have your food ready from a online order. They use to be a good place to go but now it seem the staff don't care about people anymore and just stand around.
Staff tried to overcharge (didn't know how to enter the correct coupon), so the manager was called - who then basically did the same thing and put it back on me, as if "do you want your food, or not?"First by $8, then $4, and finally she told me it was my issue. I pushed back and told her just because their purchase system didn't work properly, was her issue, not mine. In a snit, she turned her back on me - informing me that the last (3rd try) discount she applied was better than the correct amount. Except it wasn't. As I sat there eating ok Chinese-buffet dishes, I did the math. It was still high by a couple of bucks, which to be honest was the far lesser offense than their being rude and disinterested.I contacted corporate and surprisingly they took her side, even though they did not contest that wrong prices were thrown at me in hopes I would bite.The company and its reps have a hard time with basic math. And this is exactly why entitled 'w0keness' will ruin what is left of the free market. Thankfully that day is not here yet, and I will vote with my feet.Never again, Panda Express. Not here, not anywhere. Too many good local places with helpful families instead of franchises that overcharge for rice and throw in some attitude for free.

Great Panda location! Friendly employees, fresh food, clean dining room and availability of condiments makes this Panda stand Out. They actually had soy sauce unlike panda on Jeff Davis. I will definitely return to this location. Samanja was very friendly.
This was my first time, I promise it will.not be my Last. The price is great and the Food is delicious. The place is cleaned and the bathrooms are clean and have a fragrant too.I will definitely definitely return here.A great Experience and no GMO.
Still the best Panda in the city. Even when busy you don't have a long wait. They are polite and just overall a great place to order from
If you like bad mall Chinese food this is the place for you. Id suggest just get real Chinese. The fried rice is sub-par, the lo main is sad.
Fantastic!!!I want to express a huge thank to the team working inside. Not all the time can you find places to be able eat inside, we were greater very warmly and they were just great. The food, of course was excellent as always.

Typically one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite, but unfortunately this time I bit into some PLASTIC! At least I think it’s plastic? Sadly, this wasn’t my only issue… I basically had a plate of veggies/rice and minimal meat. I think I’ll save my $ and my health and go to the Parham location for now on.
