Got harassed last night by the guy taking orders. I let it go 2 times but he continued and when I confronted him, his answer was that “I didn’t take it on the right way” was I supposed to be flattered or something??Manager acted like it wasn’t his problem…

Idk what happened to McDonald's but their food looks horrible now. Idk how they are allowed to advertise with the pictures they do. The food you get looks nothing like the pictures they show. Paper thin piece of meat on giant buns. Thin soggy fries.
Manager never has his employees give fresh fries. Always soggy and put in the fryer again.
My boyfriend and I get our morning cup of coffee from this location everyday. The employees display excellent customer service skills every single day. Their coffee is also really good. Keep up the good work!???
I actively searched for this McDonalds that I just went too just so I could show yall just why you should not Go Here, Ordered a 10 Piece Nugget for lunch and they had the audacity to serve me this...??

We usually order online but the site wasn't working that night. So we went in to place our. (We always have a big order.) First as soon as we went in it smelled funny. It took them a while to get our food. They weren't not busy at the time.
I've come here before but the service has never been this bad. The manager was the one who served us and took our order which only made this experience ten times worse because he was running a very ghetto system. First off, our order was two large dr.peppers and a coke with a big Mac meal and two large fries. He made us park away from the drive thru and served other people while we waited for food that wasn't even warm. He came to us ten minutes later without the drinks and HALF FULL LARGE FRIES. Then when we asked for our drinks he was distracted and had to remake them twice because he gave us a fanta and two cokes. After the drinks we have up on trying to get good service only to find the big Mac was soggy and my dr.pepper was blended with coke. If you want to eat at a McDonald's I would stay far away from this one.
This use to be my fav when I did eat from McDonalds. I always ask for my food cook to order and never had a problem until recently. The last two times they had recooked the food and pass it off as freshly cooked. What is sad is that these employees really think the customer is stupid. Chicken super dark and dry and fries darker than the grease it’s cooked in and soft. Texture is microwave. Definitely my last time ever going here. Shoutout to the morning lady manager. She is so sweet and will correct the problem fast.
