Great customer service and Frappe
It has been years since I was inside a McDonald's. The one on starling drive and Parham was very nice, clean and friendly staff. The manager waited on me. Very pleasant guy.
Food was great. Only issue I had was I ordered a medium chocolate smoothie and the cup said small and the guy at the register insisted it was a medium.
I always get the 10 piece nuggets and sweet and sour sauce and fries ..and a sweet tea..I love this place for a quick bite t eat..definitely recommend this place.
How is this the top ranked McDonald's in the Richmond area with a score of 3.6 and the fact they discirminate against their own local law enforcement. If I lived in Richmond this would be the last McDonald's I'd ever patronize. To allow minimum wage employees to disrespect their customers (especially the police)why would anyone eat there? It's this type of attitude that is making it hard on the rest of the workers. The manager (Who was there and did nothing) show have been fired.
This McDonald’s has never got my order correct. There’s always something missing and something wrong. Also I got a flat tire in the drive through because a drain grate shredded my tire. McDonald’s refused to accept responsibility. Stay away at all costs

This store is lucky I wasn't there! I would not have had the grace that this brave officer had!!!!! So heads up that this store doesn't respect police officer and their sacrifices!!!!
