This restaurant has good food. On tonight I came to place an order at 8:07p and the door was locked. The staff inside tried to hide as if they didn’t anyone. I called at 8:15p and who ever answered the phone stated they weren’t closed. They said the door was locked while I was still in the parking lot watching people pull on the LOCKED door. I drove from out of town for the food and looked up the establishments hours. 9p is closing based off of the website and door where hours are posted. This is terrible business.
I usually struggle to order here just a bit because I only speak English and these wonderful people speak two. But I have never been disappointed here. It is one of my favorite Mexican places to go especially when I want something more authentic. I asked for peppers with this expecting some pickles jalapeños or bell pepper pieces and got an entire fresh grilled jalapeño. It was perfect as always. The staff was very kind to me. And it did not take long at all to get food. Maybe about 10-15 minutes. But totally worth it!
I recently went here for the first time.. I was barely greeted by a young boy, maybe 13 years old, so the customer service was not what I like. If young people are going to be the first person that the customer has contact with, they need to at least act like they want to be there & be pleasant.. At one point a woman walked in from behind, but she didn't speak & she went back.. I asked him about two items that you can find at just about any other Mexican restaurant,! & he seemed like he did not know what I was asking about, or they did not have it (the white dipping sauce for chips & chimichanga). I ordered a steak burrito. They put it in a brown paper bag (no issue with that), but NO napkins.. I like the temperature of hot food to be hot. I felt the bottom of the bag & I could not feel any heat. I ate the burrito about fifteen minutes later & sure enough, it was just lukewarm! It tasted good, but they need to work on serving hot food! I will try them again.

It’s no easy task ordering food here. I made sure to point at the menu for my selections because of the language barrier. My friend wanted the steak fries and I got a chicken taco salad. Oddly, they came with cheddar cheese. I want to say that is the first time I ever got that type of cheese on Mexican food. The guacamole was just ok. It was lacking flavor, possibly needed more salt and coriander. The chicken was sort of strange. It was a super chopped style, small pieces that were a bit dry but they packed on so much sour cream that it was barely noticed. Would I order again? Probably not when there are a couple other local restaurants that a better.

My favorite taco spot right now. It usually takes 15 min or so to get the tacos but worth the wait imo. Definitely recommend.
Bad service waiting for 39 minutes after being the first customer in line. I watched all customers that spoke Spanish come and go. No apology and refused my refund by giving my food to me after I asked for the refund. I will NEVER spend money here again
Delicious best burritos in town. If u haven't tried beef tongue it's amazing!!!
Absolutely worth the wait and the price. Both the chicken and carnitas tacos are flawless.
