Not sure what has happened in 2022 but the quality of the food has dropped drastically. The pizza crust is thin yet not cooked. The sauce has changed as well and not for the better. The appetizer meatballs were half meatballs. Second time we’ve gotten pizza from there in the past few months hoping it would be like the old Franco’s, which was great! Very disappointed!

Phenomenal lunch specials. Great menu options for lunch and dinner whether you dine in or take it to-go. Was able to have my fettuccine Alfredo customized with Angel Hair pasta, shrimp and baked with cheese on top. Really appreciated the fantastic service and homemade garlic knots.

I had this random craving for a sub and fries, but not just any sub and fries. I want that sub that's been toasted with the nice crispy, crusty outside shell. And those fries that look kinda like they were put in a batter before they were fried, they're so crispy.All I can say is Franco's had exactly what I was looking for and it hit the spot dead on. My husband ordered a small pizza which he was pleasantly surprised to be a bigger than average small. Great choice!

Excellent. They Door Dash and I always love my food. I’ve tried several small local Italian restaurants and they’re always “mediocre” or “okay, enough” but this one is great. Fresh ripe tomatoes on bruschetta and caprese (consistently). My go to is their eggplant parm. Their salad is crisp and fresh. I was surprised to see the 3 and 2 star ratings but I’ve ordered and half a dozen times and it’s always excellent. They did forget an entire entree once. And they forgot the chicken on the chicken Caesar Salad. Annoying but mistakes happen and they refunded the money so they still get 5 stars.

Ordered food through one of those apps for pick-up and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I found out that the resturant was closed on Wednesdays. Went in person the next day to get a refund bur was told by the lady behind the counter she didn't know how to do refunds after pulling my receipt for a pile of what I am assuming was other orders placed while they were closed. Told me to come back in the next day to which I refused, I am there at that moment and they knew I never received my food. The lady behind the counter refused again so I left and immediately called my bank to dispute the charge, got my money back.Obviously this business is attempting to steal people's money. They had a PILE of receipts they needed to refund but are hoping either you never come in to get your money back or hope that by giving you the run around they won't have to give your money back. Sketchy!

Amazing delicious food, steak and cheese is too die for! But you can never go wrong with the Hawaiian pizza .. the service and staff is great especially that very handsome gentleman server that I had, I believe his name was Joel. ,

I ordered a pizza online through their website and online ordering system ToastTab well before closing time. I went to the restaurant, right across the street from me and arrived at a closed restaurant with a note on the door saying "We are closed every Tuesday due to a shortage of staff." I had placed my order, my card was charged, all the while Google, their website, and the online ordering system said they were open on Tuesday 11-9.I tried calling the next day, no answer. Since the restaurant is across the street from me, I decided to go in person to get my money back. I was offered an apology and the pizza that I ordered. I declined, and asked for a refund. I was told there was an issue with the system and they couldn't see my order. I was asked by the manager to come back the next day when the system was up for a refund. When I returned the next day, the staff had no idea what I was talking about, could not find my order, and asked me to call ahead next time before stopping by. Even though I was TOLD to come back. They then asked me to request a refund through Toast Tab. To which I said no, because I do not feel like the responsibility should be mine to go the extra mile to get MY money back. I asked them to do whatever they needed to do to return my money to me. The manager said she would call Toasttab to refund the money and someone would contact me the next day. No one, contacted me, and when I called the restaurant, the manager acted confused saying that ToastTab said they processed a refund. I did not believe this as I got no notification. Anyway, I went in again the next day, demanded my money, and the manager refunded me in cash. Which is one of the FIRST things I suggested(nearly a week prior) but was told they could not do that.This place will never see one second of my time nor one cent of my money ever again.

I used to love this place, however it has gone down hill. Pizza is ok but really not worth the price they charge. Ordered Alfredo tonight to try something different and was beyond disappointed. Small, tiny pieces of dried, overcooked chicken had no flavor, even being drowned in Alfredo sauce. Asked for garlic bread instead of the garlic knots (last time I had them they were cold and as hard as a cracker). I got a plain bun without any butter or garlic although it was fresh and warm. Bottom line: NOT worth the $20 (including tip). I have no problem paying higher prices if the quality is there but this place appears to care nothing about quality anymore. Goodbye

Placed two orders for delivery on Monday, November 29th but did not get any of my orders delivered to me. I personally called the restaurant the same day and was promised they will look into it and give me a call back. Never heard from any one despite the fact that my card was charged twice. Stay away from ordering from Franco's!

I ordered dinner from Franco’s tonight for pickup. I asked for 2 kids pizzas, 2 subs- 1 chicken cheese steak & a cold Italian. I got 1 w/ fries & 1 w/ onion rings & I asked that they be put in separate containers from the subs. They did NOT put them in separate containers but I overlooked that. I get all the way home with my kids & open the subs to see they gave me 1 hot Italian & 1 cold Italian…. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! I called back to let them know my order was wrong…. For $42 it should’ve been right! All the lady said was “I can’t do anything unless you bring the food back!” Sorry I’m not packing my 3 children back up in the car in the cold to bring food back to prove to you my order was wrong! We used to LOVE Franco’s but they definitely just lost some customers! The prices have gone up & that kind of service doesn’t equate to what I paid for dinner!Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement & I will surely share my experience with EVERYONE I know!Signed,An Extremely Angry Customer
