The food is good but they need pay attention to the amount of salt that they put in fries.
The African American gentleman that appears to be a supervisor is an incredible leader and keeps the entire place running smoothly and all customers feeling welcome and attended to. I don’t know how much he’s paid but it isn’t enough.
Great burgers and fries, the small fry is big enough for two people in my opinion and the Cajun fries are a tasty twist. Love the free peanuts in the shell while you wait for your order.
Every employee was smiling and happy to help. The food was delicious and it got to us fast even when it was busy. One of the better five guys I've been to. I definitely recommend!
I recently ate here on Thursday and let me just tell you. The food is filthy. I got food poisoning for the first time and it was hell. I got a cheeseburger with everything on it besides tomato and fries and my mom had 2 hot dogs with relish and some other stuff I can’t recall, either way after I’m somewhat better on Sunday my mom comes down with food poisoning most likely from the dirty grimey food they prepared in a hooverville at this restaurant. If I could give no stars I would. I will never eat at another Fives Guys again unless I want to go out by a stomach bug one day.
Five Guys provides a consistently good burger but the fries are hit or miss. When done right, they are cooked to a golden brown with a soft potato filling. When undercooked they are limp and soggy with a raw potato flavor that will ruin your meal At $15-$20 per person I just don't see the value proposition.
Since I no longer live on the west coast, and my favorite hamburger joint of all time out there is In-N-Out Burger, this will have to suffice as a distant second, since it is mainly located on the East Coast! Do enjoy! In keeping with the tradition of In-N-Out burger, this place never serves anything Ffrozen. Everything is fresh, never frozen, and made to order!
Very clean and although we ordered way too much food, it was done in less than five minutes. Lack of a star because to this day I hate having to dig through a pile of French fries to get to my actual burger or sandwich. Kinda greasy. Other than that, great place.
Let me tell you, I ordered a burger with lettuce, tomato, bacon and of course the MEAT. For a change, I decided to be brave and try that Cajun fries (LARGE)- don't judge me. I had my Mom with me, I am not exactly sure what she ordered, didn't matter to me because I wasn't eating it. ? I know she ordered a small fries. ☝?The foods came back fast and hot, yessssssss! But, I had cheese on my burger, I DIDN’T CARE, because we all make mistakes and I am not going to collapse from the cheese. I couldn't tell which bag had the small fries to give to Mom. WHY? Both bags were loaded with fries!!!! If you hate when they being STINGY with your foods, like anybody got time to be counting the litte fries in their head. Don't worry, they're not STINGY, so if you are greedy (I like to say, if you have a large appetite? because that's what I called myself).I went to town on that burger, and looked at my Mom's burger too? I don't do spicy foods well, but the fries were GOOD- I didn't eat all of it in one setting.I was not disappointed and hope they keep the great business flowing.
Fast, made to order no problems, friendly staff the area is busy so the drive into the place is OK getting out is not bad just takes some patience.
