Food is always good, service is not great at all. They pushed through my order as “complete” but it wasn’t going to be ready for another 5-10 minutes. As I sat in the store and listened to the conversation of the employees, they discussed how “the autistic employee shouldn’t have a drivers license”, they discussed fighting each other, and were too caught up in their own conversation to let me know that my order was done so it sat under the window for another 10 or so minutes before they came and asked my name for the second time, and then realized that my order had been ready. I asked why my order had sat there without them letting me know and they lied and said it just came out even though I watched them the whole time.
This is the kind of thing you should be wise to with this domino’s cooking for on dirty dishes plus this how your food will be delivered to you
90 minutes after I ordered my pizza and the tracker said “being prepped by …” for 53 minutes, I assumed something was wrong. So, I called the store. The manager answered the phone and sounded like he could have cared less. Yes, he may have been stressed, but he handled the situation VERY poorly and was argumentative when I simply wanted to know where my pizza was. He gave me every excuse in the book and not once apply for the situation. Won’t shop here again, ever!As a side bar, after hanging up with this guy, I ordered from pizza john after hanging up and had a pizza in under 30 minutes.
It has been almost an hour, 50 minutes, since I place my order and it is still in the prep stage! How long does it take to slap some mushrooms black olives and extra cheese on a pizza crust? I will probably order from a more distant Domino's in the future!Thanks guys!
Waited 2 hours for order to be delivered but it's not the restaurant's fault. When I called to check on my order the manager explained that they are very short handed and as a former restaurant member I understand how hard it is to keep up with orders when there's only 3 people working. The manager apologized for the wait and gave us a discount. He was very kind and the delivery driver was also kind. Thank you Daniel and Jackson for dinner.
Ordered my pizza almost 2 hours ago and trying to call to see what's going on. Been on hold for almost an hour. At this point I just want my money back but how do you get this to happen if no one will answer?? Very disappointed ?
Well ordered a 2 pizzas and a side dessert 45 minutes ago and it’s just going in the oven???Some Sad management at that store.This store needs a real Manager.I’m getting the GMs number this is B.S.!

I've never had this experience at this location or with Dominos ever! I'm assuming it's staffing issues. But my pizza came 2 hours after ordering and it was cold. The wings...yeah, I can't eat them. It's a shame. The policy requires me to drive the food back to the restaurant and request my refund or new pizza. Seems like I'm managing all the work for them, especially since I cannot get anyone on the phone. Use another location or pick it up from this one.
Worst experience ever. They should tell customers before we submit orders how long it will take and also have an option to cancel the order if the wait is too long. Calling is useless. waited hours listening to the automated message. Then finally got someone and he hanged up. Better go to another store if you want to be serve.
