Oooooooi am SO MAD. My husband came in there to order t two PLAIN steak and cheese. After me told rudely TWICE gimme a second. ( literally what she said ) a manager gets on the phone. My sun had mushrooms on it and I’m allergic. That’s why my husband ordered them olain. He always does because of my allergies. Sue accused him of lying and then proceeded to nastily tell me next time oh need to do this. No I do not. IAM the customer and without people like me you would not have a paycheck. Do not proceed to tell me what I need to do when you’re cashiers are apparently deaf as they are dumb. I noticed they all pulled for that pay hike and drove the economy down to nothing but they still can’t listen and make food right. I wonder what their excuse will be the next time they need a raise. This is ridiculous that lady didn’t even care but we’ll see how much she cares when I get out this hospital room and show up at corporate office in a few days and her job will be done. That’s right Karen you’re going to lose your job because YOUR cashier made a mistake and you wanted to cover her. This is ridiculous do not do dominoes period.
They got my wings wrong the first time. Had to drive back to store. They were polite, but the "Garlic Parmesan" wings they gave me were plain wings with caesar dressing lightly drizzled on it. Dissapointing AF. I ate them because I don't have an hour to drive back and forth and argue with employees.
I ordered a 1/2 extra pepperoni 1/2 cheese extra sauce well done garlic crust square cut. I got a very greasy pie cut NO garlic crust pizza. Beyond disappointed dominos.
It was a long day, and I got back to Richmond late (past 11pm). Domino's had stopped doing delivery, but one could still do carry out. The one lonely worker was so pleasant and charming that I felt guilty adding a last minute task to her day, but she was ever the professional. I don't order or eat pizza often, but Domino's is and will be my first choice whenever I do.
The worst‼️Slow as molasses‼️Do NOT waste your time going there‼️Placed online order for a medium pizza + 8 piece wings at 620pArrived at store at 635p and tapped I'M HERE on the websiteBetween this time and 710p......NOTHING.....I saw at least 5 people walking out with food!Needless to say I am a bit upset....I turn off my car and walk in....2 employees walk by without acknowledgement of me.....I ask is my order ready.....5 minutes later.....they finally have it ready....I ask for a discount off this order being that it took almost an HOUR to complete it....they offer $10 off a future order and said that I'd have to CALL IN for it, because the available discount wouldn't show up on my online account....even though that's how I originally ordered and paid....I said NO because I don't plan on returning here after this experience....then they up the offer to $15.....I told them AGAIN, I DON'T PLAN ON COMING BACK HERE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE ?I slid the food back towards the cashier and told them to refund my WHOLE PURCHASE! I no longer wanted the food.I got in my car, placed an online order to my usual Pizza Hut....lo and behold, it was hot and ready when I arrived 20 minutes later without incident, quite the opposite of this train wreck!Needless to say.....if I DO decide to switch it up again in the future....Domino's will MOST??DEFINITELY??NOT??BE?? CONSIDERED??AT??ALL‼️
I ordered online for delivery. The website said the order was placed successfully. After 30 minutes they cancelled the order because they don't deliver! This was me giving them a second chance since they screwed up my previous order. Avoid this place.
Late and cold. Would definitely not reorder. My online concession was 20% of my next order. As if. Also mislead in terms of when it would arrive. Very disappointed.
Online ordering dis not work. Waited in store for almost 45 min before order was done. Cashier made one mistake after they other. Ended up with no cheesy bread even though I ordered it. Wont go back done with Dominoes. Did not get the free points either.
Great pizza but they need more employees. No one answers the phone like at 11:15 AM on Sunday 2/6/22.
The cashier up front gave my pizza to the wrong customer, then brought the pizza back inside the store and sat it on top of the TRASH CAN to show me that it was my pizza, then proceeded to give the pizza to me. First of all, that is unsanitary, and he didn’t even apologize. One of the employees that was making the pizzas offered to remake my pizza for me. That’s the only reason they get a star for me!
