My family and I had a really good experience. I overheard the manager talking about an employee calling out but he had the right attitude about it. He was not going to allow it to take away from a good day for him or his team. There were several tables dirty when we arrived, but it appeared that the gentleman bussing tables was on break. When he returned he quickly cleared the tables. He politely asked to clear out table of dirty plates during our meal. I love buffets. The pandemic and a child with food allergies keep me from enjoying them as much as I would like. The service was better than I can remember seeing at a buffet, let alone any other Cici's. Well done people.
Absolutely disgusting. Restaurant overall was pretty dirty looking but we went ahead and ate anyways because we were starving and I guess hoped at least the food was handled correctly. Once we saw the bathrooms it made me regret we even came in there. It looked like the bathrooms have never been cleaned. As soon as we left my child started projectile vomiting and the rest of us feel pretty queasy as well. Hopefully it’s just some minor food poisoning and goes away quickly. If not and we end up needing any treatment I definitely will be seeking to make cicis pay any and all expenses for this. There is no excuse for a restaurant to be as filthy as this place is

If I could give negative stars I would. Watched the employees take food off the buffet and give for a to go order. Took food that was placed under the serving table and put back up on the buffet. The worse experience.
Came in at 8:50 PM and diner closes at 9 PM and this horrible worker ((looks from ghetto)) locked the door and didnt let me in. I guess its makes sense people like him work there!!
Nice staff & Manager has been there for years, good selection, game room, TVs for adults & children
These stores are now using COViD as an excuse. After going one night and being perfect. Coming back and it’s the same time on a different night and there’s no food out but plenty of employees still standing around talking. Doors are unlocked and they allow the customers to come in and walk around and then tell him know we’re closed for the evening. I understand that with Covid it’s hard to find help but maybe you should hire a manager that’s a little bit older than 16 because they are using the companies food and supplies to feed their friends yet pointing to signs on the window where they were down the store closed an hour earlier.It’s very frustrating to find out that I don’t get to get served but the employees friends and family get served when I was the one coming to eat dinner there for years now and these employees just don’t care. I don’t know how you’re going to keep the doors open because this is theft at its grandest12/07/21 at 9:20pm
The place was dirty but the pizzas was ok I give them two start cuz the place wasn’t clean and it’s a restaurant
My boyfriend and I frequent here about every other month or so for the past year & a half and every single time is exceptional customer service. Every. Single. Time. i haven’t been anywhere else that is this consistently excellent. restaurant is clean, employees are amazing and courteous and the food is piping hot and delicious. prices are reasonable & they’ll make you a custom pizza if you request. i will always recommend this place.
