Never did I think I would leave a negative review for a Chick fil A but here we are.The service in the drive-thru has become awful over the past few weeks/months. Service is slow, people not checking in mobile orders correctly or at all, items missed, etc....but the situation today is what is making me leave a review.My mother ordered TWO SOFT DRINKS via drive thru around 10-10:30 this morning and it took her 20 minutes AND reminding an employee that she was still waiting for her order to be completed. 20 minutes for TWO FOUNTAIN DRINKS???? I've worked in food service for years and have a lot of patience for the field...but this??? C'mon.
This is a very clean Chick-fil-a, with a great deal of care going into the prompt and friendly service. You can tell that the cashier who helped us, and unfortunatelyI did not catch her name, really loves helping people and what she does. That is so difficult to find these days! The food is hot and fresh. The service is quick. My shake was great with a lit of whip cream. She even started my soda over, because it had spilled all over the cup. She did not want anyone having a messy drink. It is so important and much appreciated these days!
This is my least favorite Chick Fil A in the area. The service is extremely slow inside and if you are using the drive thru or curbside you need to check your order. Many times I am missing items or have the wrong order. This is not my typical Chick Fil A experience.
Always slow and packed at this location. 20-30 minutes in the drive thru and even longer for curbside. Don't bother going inside because they prioritize drive thru since the time is recorded.
Guy in drive thru gave someone else my order. Then gave me a small drink after I ordered a large. I let him know but took it and moved on.Train your staff to ask the name when giving out food! Don't let them say "order for alex?" because a customer will just go with it and you'll end up with a mess. Good luck, I'll never be back to this spot regardless.
You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-a. The food was good. The only negative, my drink was not filled to the top.
Visiting after the remodel. All is improved!. My salad was a good size, fresh and well prepared. The brownie was tasty, moist and had some reasonable size to it. Before the salad was mediocre and the brownie dry and tiny. The rep tonight was kind and thoughtful. I am glad to see such great food and service restored.
We accidentally left a wallet at our booth when we left, a nice lady returned it to the front, but we had to convince them that they had it. 3 different employees told us nothing had been turned it when we knew it had. Probably just too busy to think straight. It's a typical chickfila extremely long lines at peak hours but it always moves quickly.
Great service by Meade. He quickly brought my curbside order out and was really friendly. Food is always good at this location and the staff has been top notch.
Always get my order wrong and how do you correct it since it's all drive thru. I don't like going anymore because of how off they consistently are.
