I have ordered from here for atleast 10 years. I have watched them over time slowly but surely stop caring about there products or there customers. The pizzas used to have good portions for toppings and now the skimp you like the toppings come out if there check. This is the 5th time in a row the pizza was bare and the bread sticks where burnt. Yes burnt. They don’t put cheese on them anymore so they just burn up in the oven, so the workers care? No. They just slap it in a box and send it out like it’s still good. Never in my life have I been so disappointed in how a local franchise has changed.

If this is supposed to be appetizing they totally missed the mark. Nearly no meat and the only special request was no green peppers. The produce looks old and the bread looks like it failed to rise. I have put off making a review thinking that I would find something I loved, but sadly the pizza AND subs just plain suck. The only good thing so far is they do deliver later..
I had the Bacon Cheddar Fries tonight. I have had their fries before and never noticed them being hot, as in spicy, until tonight. That's great for people who love spicy, but if you have a health issue where you can't have spicy food or are sensitive to it, it's not cool. If you are going to make your food spicy, it should be noted on your menu!
I ordered a 6 inch pizza and a cookie, don’t get me wrong the pizza was mad good but the cookie tasted as if it was mostly raw cookie dough just by looking at it you could tell that it wasn’t all the way done and the cookie made my stomach hurt

Staff on phones. None of which had any masks on. Staff in the back preparing food kept touching body and constantly pulling up pants with his gloves on then went back to making pizzas. Totally disgusting and a big food safety issue. Get it together
Got my pizza for my birthday and it was COLD! it even looked COLD. I called the next morning and the manager refused to help. The employees were mocking us in the background which conveyed to me how much I’m valued as a customer.
The pizza was okay didn't care for the slice meatballs on your pizza ground hamburger would have been better little spicy for my taste
