Let me start by saying that the customer service here is amazing! I ordered through Uber Eats and got the wrong food. Called Capriccios and spoke to Tina who immediately told me they were fixing it. My entire order was replaced quickly. And, as a NY born and raised girl, let me tell you, the pizza is as good as the service! Order from these people! Great food, great people!

We are new to Richmond and really lucked out to find this pizza and pasta (and more) place so close. We have enjoyed the all the pizzas, pastas, salads, and rolls we’ve had so far. Looking forward to trying out more menu items and eventually dining in as well. Highly recommend!

Finally, a place in Richmond with crispy crust. Also well done as far as proportion and excellent toppings, fresh. I picked my pizza up and this may be The best pizza I’ve had in Richmond in 23 years, at least a tie. As far as comparing with top USA pizza cities, Up there with Chicago and Pittsburgh!

Capriccios is one of our family favorite Italian restaurants. The place is not fancy, but the food is always consistent. Friendly service, they make you feel like home. I was told by some friends from NJ that they have the best Jersey style pizza. The extra large pizza was almost the size of a square table. A extra large slice was too big for the plate.

I’ve been to most of the big pizza spots in town and done my fair share of reviews. These guys are as close as it gets to the best pizza in the area. The bread is. 5/5. The toppings/cheese is 5/5. The bake is perfect. The sauce is actually really a surprise, so I had to give it a 5/5. It’s not an aggressive sauce, sort of a delay to hit the taste buds. Great spot, very charming.

Love the pies at Capriccios! Always great quality toppings. Crust has the perfect crispness and chew. Just like a great NY slice should. Very consistent. Also must give a shout out to the Greek salad. The feta and dressing are first rate. Family run and I appreciate someone always speaking to us. Makes a nice experience.

“Neighborhood,” privately-owned restaurants can be hit or miss. This wonderful place has a good reputation, and this afternoon, they earned it!They have expanded their dining room, and the ambiance is great! As much as you can feel like you are eating along the Amalfi coast, while in Richmond, VA, you feel like that, here! From the walls painted to resemble the architecture, to the mural on the wall, they have really invested in the dining experience you will have here!We had fried cheese ravioli to start with a generous portion of marinara in which to dip them.We then had personal pizzas and we loved them. We’ll be back!

Best New York style slice in VA hands down! Try the cheese steak or the calamari and your only regret will be not having room for more pizza. (Also the eggplant is crazy good)

The spaghetti and meatballs were excellent and the bread was served hot out of the oven. It was really good. Great service as well.

This was our second time here and it was even better than the last. We got the fried ravioli again and it was delicious. We also got the meat combo Sicilian square pizza. Let me tell you this pizza was a thing of beauty. Loaded with toppings, a light buttery crust and a perfect amount of cheese to hold it together. The atmosphere has the feeling of being welcomed into an Italian family home for dinner. People were greeted as family and you can genuinely feel the love between the staff. We will be back many a time and can't wait to try everything on the menu.
