We were told there were no tables open and we weredirected to sit in the bar area. We then were turned away by a very unfriendly waitress in the bar area saying we need to wait to be seated because none of the empty tables were open for seating. We immediately went back to the hostess and she somehow seated the people who were right behind us in line at a table and now indicated we had to wait 25min for a table. We asked why we were denied a table and the people behind us were seated immediately and she did not respond and ran away and got another staff member. At this point we requested the manager to figure out why we were denied a table. The manager was very unfriendly which is probably why the entire restaurant was empty yet had no open tables. To top it all off after being told we would have to wait 25min for a table we left and once in the car called to ask how long the wait was for a table and we were told by the same hostess there is no wait for a table. Avoid this BJ’s.
The fries are excellent. The burgers, beers and salads were really good. We all enjoyed our meals. We’d definitely go back again when we’re in the area. The staff was nice.

Party of 16. Great atmosphere, and the food was very good. We had one person with food allergies and I am #Plantbasedpennylife, so 100% vegan. Our meals were just right for our specific diets. I ordered the Cauliflower Quinoa bowl. Others ordered everything from appetizers, to seafood, and ribeye steak. Several ordered desert. The staff was patient with everyone from the 4 year old to the 89 year old.The ladies restroom was clean as was the table, silverware and restaurant. Thank you for making our visit a positive experience.
Nice place very close to our hotel with decent food but as I recall a bit pricy. Located at the short pump mall area.

Food was good. Beer was good. Bar staff was good. Host staff okay. Service... after waiting an hour to be seated we're rushed by our waitress. Appetizer came out as the same time as our food. Check in for dessert 5 minutes after appetizer and food showed up... check in 10 minutes later for boxes. Constant apologies from the waitress. Not a great place for date night. Very disappointing.... very different than our experience with other BJs. Didn't mind the wait. Do mind being rushed.
A little bit of kindness goes a long way. I went here on two occasions to pick up an online order. The food was good. However, on BOTH occasions, the young lady at the counter was not warm and courteous at all, even after I was friendly towards her. During my last visit, she looked up from her smartphone and simply handed me my order (like I was bothering her) without showing expression any gratitude whatsoever. I was having a rough week and did not appreciate it. Please train your front end staff to have better customer service skills. Carry out customers should except the same level of kindness and dine-in. Istomers. Do not underestimate the power of a simple, “Thank you, have a good evening” versus a bothered looked and disgruntled “yep”. I will not be returning to a place that makes me feel unwanted.
