If you value your life, DO NOT buy from this establishment.First, they do not accept credit or check transactions. Only cash. The restrooms were cramped to get to, with an odd step clearly placed over some kund of piping to get to the mens room. The food itself was low quality. I could buy the same ingredients and make something myself in my own kitchen.Thats not even the worst part though. This food nearly convinced me to go the hospital, as I had started suffering from an intestinal blockage that night. I had the "Italian" sub, which honestly tasted like a poor man's version of the same from any italian or sub shop ever, and yes. Im convinced its what is currently and literally ripping my intestines apart from the inside out. Thanks for making me use a sick day, Bernie.
Dedicated staff and kitchen craftsmanship above all others in the area. Food is amazing and the hometown vibe is refreshing in today's times.

Bernie are the best sub place ever. I love it. And friendly and nice.
Best subs in Richmond!
Yeah. This is likely a neighborhood spot. Very Very limited menu. Strange odor inside. Cash only. Weird hours. The entire experience was not for me. ??♂️
Great subs great people
I love this place! Down to earth shop with fantastic subs! The employees are great! Super fast call ahead service.
Best Manager Ever !!! Jessica Brooks is awesome and such a wonderful asset to this business. (Reason for 4 stars vs 5..... NO BACON NO PICKLES AND DOESNT TAKE CREDIT OR BANK CARDS)
Subs were grossly overpriced for the size, small amounts of meat, and waiting 25 minutes for a sandwich? Really?
