Excellent pizza. Wonderful wait staff.
I have always enjoyed their food. Tonight my bread was burnt and I found a hair in my chicken limone. I called to request a refund and they wanted to pick up the food. Never heard of such a thing! Now I have an upset stomach. Something was very wrong with my meal tonight! And no satisfaction from staff. Very poor customer service. We have been loyal customers for quite sometime. Won’t be ordering again!
Food was so nasty and cold when we picked it up that we just threw it out. Bread was hard as a rock, pretty sure one of us chipped a tooth on it. My boyfriend's pasta was literally just soupy sauce with maybe 13 noodles.
Nice cosy Italian restaurant with wonderful food and service. They have many dishes to choose from and great pizzas. Somewhat limited parking. The street address is correct, but they are in Henrico, VA
I forgot why I dont order from this place.. Food disgusting. Ordered Bbq chicken pizza it was All cheese like too much cheese no topping. Also had onion rings that were under cooked and soaked in oil. Smh they def need a better understanding on what pizza is. 36 dollars wasted, still hungry, and now stomach hurts from forcing down the block of melted cheese they call pizza
My husband and I got food poisoning from the mahi mahi. We were not offered a refund. Will not be returning. And also scared to eat out anywhere again ? I thought this place had good reviews and was recommended by people I trust. The service was amazing! But the food poisoning isn’t worth the best service in the world… it looked and tasted great at the time of eating but we came home to both being stuck in the bathrooms all night. And my husband is still living in the bathroom today. Not exactly sure what went wrong. But I wouldn’t order fish here if I were you.
Dined in today with my daughter and felt like we got special treatment. It was a late lunch on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy. Waiter/chef was attentive and gave great recommendations. We had a Principessa pizza and some pasta. Magnificent! Not even a bite of crust was wasted! Thank you for not disappointing. I recommend for friendly people that enjoy small restaurants.
The meat lovers pizza was good. Service was good and fair price and parking in rear was a plus!

I hate to leave a negative review but it must be done after tonight. Do NOT go here. I ordered dinner tonight from Arianna's on Lakeside; pasta that came with a side of rolls. I fully finished the pasta and opened the rolls to discover that they were MOLDY. I already feel sick to my stomach, and wish I had never ordered my dinner there. Please save yourself from getting sick and do NOT order from Arianna's.
