Really strange system with the sauces. Is there a sauce shortage? I ordered through drive thru and was never asked what sauces I wanted/ if I wanted sauces in the first place. When I got to the window I wanted ketchup for my fries like any other customer would want. Apparently ketchup doesn’t come with fries when you are at the window, even though the sauces were right there. It would have been so easy for the worker at the window to just give me some ketchup. I really really do not understand why a paying customer needs go be denied a something that would make them have a meal that they want. Service is completely ridiculous. Make it make sense
I was with a friend in drive thru and she was asked to go back in line and ask for extra sauce on the speaker. They said it's the policy! Really stupid one! The mananger is so rude and the staff are so disrespectful. ? Long wait time for online orders.

Employees are rude, blank stares, no words or greeting. Sign stating they won’t hand out ketchup now unless ordered at first window, when how are people who are BUSY supposed to notice some tiny sign that wasn’t stated in the app for people who mobile order? Mobile order people don’t have a reason to look at signs at the order window. They are rude and they are not busy at all, but apparently too busy if you ask for ketchup. I always mobile order (because otherwise it’s a 75% chance of a mistake, plus the coupons on the app), so I wouldn’t know that you have to order the ketchup to get ketchup rather than just ask for it like you always have before. Dumb system. They are not too busy to do that- I was 1 of 2 in the drive thru at lunch. I do expect them to do a little more with the $15/hour now etc, but yet they want to do less work and don’t even greet/say one word- just weird stares like a skeleton. Go figure. By the looks of recent reviews, it seems this location has been going downhill and used to be better.
Jeremy is an assistant manager there and he refused to give me 1 extra hot sauce packet and some crackers because I didn’t ask for EXTRA at the speaker. This is just ridiculous. Wanted to tell me it is the POLICY only 1 packet of hot sauce and 2 packs of crackers. I would hate to see the BBQ or Sweet and sour sauce policy. SMH. Also it was very funny to say even with their policy he still messed up and didn’t give me any crackers
Employees are lazy and rude. They stare at you with blank stares and don’t say anything, as well as refuse ketchup now unless you officially “order” it. News flash, but people who mobile order don’t have a reason to search around to see if there’s some tiny new sign at the order window, because we mobile order and bypass that. Dumb system. They are not too busy for that. I was 1/2 people in line at lunch time. These places have all raised prices and wages; yet the employees want to do even less work for more pay. Go figure.
