I worked here for one day. during my FIRST day of training, the woman who was supposed to be training me yelled and screamed at me in front of a lobby full of customers. Defending myself, I told her not to yell at me. she storms off the floor leaving me with customers, orders not bagged or handed out...and then comes back and yells at me for not handing orders to the customers. after I told her not to yell at me again (more firmly)...she was pulled to the back by a manager. when they came back up front I was asked to leave. SEVERAL customers backed me up about how good of a job I was doing...especially on my first day! One of the customers even offered me a ride home due to my mistreatment. I interviewed twice for this position. both times the hiring manager was 30 minutes late. That should have been my red flag. I will be reporting this location to the better business bureau. I'm sure customers will remember this incident. I was humiliated qnd disrespected while still working diligently to provide excellent customer service.

People very pleasant and food fresh and hot, no Splenda for my coffee, fortunately I had my own.
This place is absolutely disgusting. The manager on duty wasn’t even wearing gloves or enforcing the staff to wear them . I witnessed an employee grab chicken tenders with his bare hands to put into a customers order that he would later put in his mouth. I witnessed an employee sweep the dining room area (with a dirty broom) and then proceed to go back into the kitchen without washing his hands and gave me my order. They had flies and bugs flying around near the lights at the register inside. I wonder what it looks like in the kitchen, don’t wanna know. Struggled to eat my sandwich after witnessing all this. Fix this, your store made me want to throw up
They keep missing up my order and they always forgot majority of my order. They didnt fix my order and they also never gave me a receipt. Tried to call to get them to fix it and nobody answered the phone. Never ordering from them again!!!
Usually gets my order right! Drive thru can sometimes be slow (expected at most fast food places now)
The food was hot & fresh. The staff was ok but not very friendly.
Worst Wendy's we've been to. Never going back. Gave us half our order after 20 minutes of waiting. Had to call them to have them bring the rest out. Food had no condiments on it. Mayonnaise on burger was missing. Butter and Sour Cream on Baked Potato was never added. Bad service and bad food!
Chicken was dry, sauce was minimal. It tasted like chicken and bread... Despite being the new bacon burger.They asked us to pull ahead and wait. Cool, my food is going to be fresh! My wife's burger was bad and her Sour Cream n Chives Potato had no sour cream at all. I had to call them after they gave us my wife's food because they didn't give me my order (the inside is closed). For all that wait, I was surprised that I got two bare minimum chicken sandwiches that were lacking flavor and sauces.There's a Cook Out next door. This experience is the best advertisement to try them out next time I'm craving a burger.
Horrible customer service. Wildly understaffed. Sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes to get to order at 8 (3 hours prior to closing) and was told “we are closed.” Outraged is an understatement
