Service was slow food was expensive, and they got my order mixed up with someone else's
Multiple new flavors of lemonade. I always get MANGO flavored everything... BUT I was torn between 2 flavors. The gentleman working was so friendly and enthusiastic about both flavors in question, that I nearly bought both.MANGO won, but even as I was leaving the restaurant, the awesome employee was still smiling and waving as he wished me a good evening. I wish I'd paid attention to his name
So if you have a mobile order and go thru the busy drive thru, they tell you they won't/can't/not going to take mobile orders thru drive thru. So had to wait in drive thru for everyone else to get their food then park and go inside and wait in line again. Really??? Really need to get a better system or fix what's broken with the current system...
They take the word fast out of fast food. Wait times are around 10 mins per order. Don’t waste your time coming here.
One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. Absolutely horrible. Ordered online, gave them 40 minutes to make the order. I get there, they lost the receipt and gave pretty much 3 bags of random food. The girl was extremely rude and kept rolling her eyes at us because THEY couldn’t get orders right. The place was absolutely dead so there was no reason they shouldn’t have the order correct. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and just down right awful. Will not be back.
Hubby and I ordered our meals through the Wendy's app. He picked it up at the drive thru.They had my drink order wrong. I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo only. It had the works on it. My husband's cheeseburger was sloppily thrown together. The fries were so salty we couldn't eat very many of them.Why in the world should they be getting paid $15/hr?
Chicken sandwich was dry and tasteless. The fries were limp and certainly not crispy, but the Frosty was good.I'll never go back.
Doesn’t even deserve a star. Went to this Wendy’s ordered my usual the 4 for $4. I ordered jr bacon hamburger with spicy nuggets. I get to work and i have plain nuggets and find a hair wrapped around my hamburger. I go back to the store and the manger seems determined for me to get more food which I declined (lost my appetite)..I asked for a refund and now I have to wait for a check to come in the mail. Waiting for corporate to contact me back. This Wendy’s is the worse I have been to. Manger was very rude. I will not return.
Fries not crispy as advertised, underdone. Also, this is the most expensive one I've been too :(
