This Taco Bell has to be one of the worst managed franchises I've ever met. Out of beef at 6PM. How are you out of BEEF? It's the primary meat that goes into 60% of the food here. Not to mention closing early, understaffed, orders wrong all the time.Don't get me wrong, I understand staffing issues. But supplies of all thing, they should be covered on. This is definitely poor franchising or management. Go to the east market one. At least they are reliable
I’m a patient person. I don’t get angry. But please listen to me when I plead with you not to support this restaurant. Go anywhere else. This restaurant has had a history messing up my order. It wasn’t like it was super complicated. I feel like I’m not demanding the world with “No lettuce.” Today, I was fed up. I knew to check so I got back in line and asked them for my correct order. I wait through the entire line, get to the window, show them my receipt that says “no lettuce.” And they give me a replacement. I really should have checked it at the window instead of trying to be courteous by getting out of line and parking. Want to guess what was still on my order? At this point, I’ve got a bag full of food I really don’t want, and I’ve already wasted so much time. More so by now it’s just principle. I want what I ordered. I get back in line AGAIN, get to the window and the worker goes “*huff* what’s wrong THIS time??” Same issue, I tell her. She rolls her eyes at me, thinks for a second and goes “well…we’re out of beef, so I don’t know what you want me to do about it…” Right. Taco Bell ran out of beef. Mhm. I’ve never so much as raised my voice at a worker before, but it took every ounce of willpower I had not to throw the bag full of food I didn’t want back through the window at her. Look, Im not unreasonable, I know it’s harder to actually make something new instead of grabbing one off the completed line and I know mistakes happen some times. But come the hell on, seriously, at some point youre going to have to actually do your job and give people what they ordered. I ordered something without lettuce. It’s not hard to make something without something. What does it say about this restaurant if they can’t even manage something as simple as that? Please. I’m begging you, do NOT support this restaurant, do NOT support this kind of behavior. If you ever wanted to stick it to somewhere with terrible service, listen to me and go somewhere else.
Just went to tacco bell drive threw. My order was wrong from the first sip of my unsweet sweet tea no ice that was full of ice. My soft shell taco was hard shell. My wife's challopa was doughy not cooked well.
For dashers out there today good luck here. They aren't getting order till 30 min afterwards.. long waits.
I went there on a Saturday around 1:30pm. I ordered from inside at the self-order kiosk (no associates were available at that time per a sign), It took about 15 minutes to get my to go order. And the guy giving out the orders to go was not handing out drink cups, and people had to ask for their drinks (including me and two others ahead of me)
Diane deserves a raise. Me and my friends went to the East Market T-Bell and made an order that was entirely incorrect to our dismay when we got back to our home. The East Market location did not pick up my call, so I called this location to see if they could fix it. Diane answered the phone and was so sweet and helpful. She told us to come over and they remade our order, beautifully cooked to perfection with all the correct components. Thank you S Main Taco Bell for saving the evening. Not all heroes wear capes, some simply live mas.
Very unfair place and attitude. I went there and the line took forever for me to order and when I finally wanted to order, they said that they are technically "closed" but it says online that they close at 11 pm and it was 10:20 when I was ordering but they just told me they're not taking any more orders unless it's from Doordash, Uber eats, grubhub, etc. So after that long wait, I wasn't able to order so this is a very awful place and I really don't recommend it.
Bad service..The website says they close at 11:00 pm and we stayed in line for 40 minutes when we tried to ordered at 10:15 they said we closed just take Doordash and Uber. They suppose to respect all the people who are waiting for long time by adding a sign says Closed instead of keeping them in the line.
Not sure if she will see this, but Amanda who works at Taco Bell on south main st Harrisonburg VA, you are awesome, you made the 30 minute wait irritability go away the minute you spoke on the intercom, I know you all are extremely short handed,but you didn't show an ounce of stress, all Taco Bells needs employees with her attitude. 5 star service
