Great coffee, but they need to fix their bathroom ordeal.
I went to the Starbucks drive thru and ordered 21 drinks nicely. 3 different refreshers and 7 of each that were all venties. When I pulled up to the window the drinks were under filled, not mixed, half of them were missing inclusions, and miss counted the drinks (1 extra). When I tried to let them know there was an extra drink they were really rude and tried to make petty Arguments.I would expect higher customer service from a big distributor and I’m pretty disappointed for how I was treated.
Ordered chocolate cake pop for my kid.I didn't check the bag at the window but as soon as we drove out the lot I looked the cakepop was melt. It looked so bad my kid wont even want to eat it.
At $10 a coffee I was a little shocked to see a tip jar sitting outside the window like begging for change with a piece of cardboard and a black marker did they not pay them enough or something insult
Inside area closed with no explanation. Not even a sign. Guess we’ll take our coffee desires and 7 year old who really needs to use the restroom to the gas station across the street.
Nice to see it took them a long time and a lot of pressure, but they finally did the right thing and suspended operations in Russia. If you talk the talk, you gotta walk the walk.
Most inconsistent Starbucks in all of town. Only reason I'm giving it a two star is because the people that work there are friendly and polite.
The parking lot is rather small, but often busy because this place is too freakin' good.Staff is both attentive and efficient. If you ever dont know what to order, theyre guarenteed to set you up with something delicious.
Please avoid this store and go to the one down the street. I went through the drive thru where I was rudely greeted at the window by a barista. She proceeded to roll her eyes when I asked if I could pay using ApplePay, put her fingers all over my drink lid and the sip hole while wearing acrylic nails (which I thought was not okay to have in food and bev service), and picked up her phone and started texting while in the midst of serving me. I didn’t think the service was appropriate or friendly and I left feeling unsatisfied with how the interaction went.
I requested no lid for an Americano with extra Whipcream on the top. They said they couldn't oblige, because it was so hot and for safety, due to company policy. Amazingly the Americano came to me LUKEWARM!!! I noticed the same the other day. If you go to a Nordstrom Bistro you will find the coffee hot and top of the line in flavor and quality! There is one Starbucks Bistro in this town that is five star!! Next time I go I will do a Review. Please next time make it hot!!!
