Traveling through and saw the signs for them. After driving 10 hrs and another 3 to go was glad to be able to stop. This was one of the top stores the company has. The staff were very friendly and helpful when asked a question and they didn't act like they were trying to hurry you and still kept things moving
The people who work there are so nice, i used to work at a different Starbucks and i know how hard it is!
The staff was very friendly and the drinks were yummy. I got the new shaken espresso but it was a little sweet. Bathrooms were pretty clean. The accessible entrance is on the side of the building as opposed to the main entrance as can be seen from my photo.
This place is full of snobby JMU students. The service is pretty good, but if you want to rub elbows with some sweat pants wearing stuck up spoiled kids, go here.

The barista was great. She's attentive too. I commented that I have a long drive home. When I returned from the restroom to pick up my drink, she said, have a safe drive home. These little things mean a lot. The Venti Chai Latte was good. The restroom was pretty clean except the toilet paper roll on top kept rubbing against the empty roll at the bottom making it difficult to pull the toilet paper, and breaking it instead... soooo ... people left the pieces all over the floor. This is the first Starbucks that I have visited that has a wheelchair friendly ramp. I was disappointed that they don't have the Virginia Been There Mugs. Good thing I live in VA, and can get it when I get home. Whew!! Please don't forget to tip your barista!!
The coffee as always is good, but place was packed and service was slow. The poor barista, Xander, was the only one making drinks. I felt bad for him. My paitence was rewarded because my wife got pumpkin spice latte.
Amazing customer service! Chase was friendly and very efficient. We had a previous problem in another town with a Starbucks and needed a replacement.
I order a hot and cold coffee.. They forgot one of my coffees, after standing in the store for ten minutes and no one asking me if I was all set I had to go back to the counter and ask for the coffee I ordered and paid for
It was good coffee. Clean bit very busy and crowded. No where to sit.
