This could have been a four to five star review if they had not under cooked our lobster tails. I have to say I was really impressed with the quality of the fish. I had not eaten at a Red Lobster for years because the quality had gone down hill, but in the past year I have been there twice (2 different sites) and the quality of the fish both times have been at least 4 star quality if not a bit more.Sadly they undercooked our lobster tails they were edible and I am one of those people who never return food, but I can't give them more than 3 stars because of it. Hopefully your experience will be better.
Okay, the price tag was really high, but the food and service were great. Recently this chain hasn't been up to their old standards, but not at this location. This location is keeping up the company's older higher standards.
The food was delicious!!! They were very backed up, I am guessing due to staffing issues. Our server was very nice.
Food and service was as expected at Red Lobster. Restaurant was quite busy for a Monday evening but the food was perfect as was the service.
I have always loved Red Lobster. But today I have learned that the big people in the Corporate Office are not appreciat there employees, we are under a winter weather advisory her in Harrisonburg Va, and alot of other parts of Virginia, and they won't close the restaurant so the employees can get home safely.
Great experience even with it being extremely cold inside the restaurant (heat wasn’t working).
