Quality of food is getting very poor especially when you ask and pay extra! From this store and the one on South Main Street, I order a large hand toss three topping pizza. My toppings are double pepperoni and extra cheese and EXTRA SAUCE! My pizza does not even look nor feel like extra cheese and sauce and it’s sad. When a pizza has extra toppings, they tend to fall off the dough as you eat it, but with Pizza hut, Absolutely not! Total rip off and I’m going to stop spending my hard worked for money here and take it to one of the competitors that will actually give me what I’m asking for! This is my $25 pizza that I’ve ordered..
The pizza was awful,it tasted like bucket of salt was poured on it, when I called them to complaine,the manager said that they were aware of the problem and still allowed the pizza to go out. They refunded my money but who would ever what this to happen
I was able to redeem free breadsticks for my lunch today. I love Pizza Hut and I like using carside pickup.
I ordered a personal pan pizza and Buffalo mild wings. The wings came and were dry, literally dry and almost crispy. The few ones that were in the bottom of the black tray managed to soak in some of the flavor but that was actually watery. The pizza was not warm and tasted like it had sat for awhile. I’ve never had issues with this location before this and hope it was a one off situation.
My order was placed at 6:03 Dec 7. Estimated time of delivery was 6:35. I waited until 6:52 when I called to check on my order. I got a busy signal. At approximately 6:55, I received the order, albeit late, quite costly (over 30 bucks) and cold (not a safe food temp). Taste was good but overall delivery was sub standard.
I am never disappointed when I get food from here. It's so much better than any other pizza joint around. The boldness of the sauce, the chunky boneless wings, and let's not forget... they do NOT skimp on the toppings. Plus, they are the only pizza joint that be doing stuffed crust
Pizza hut has the BEST Crust, the sauce could use a little more flavor.
Usually pretty good, I feel like there's a driver or two who don't treat the food properly when delivering though. I've noticed a difference in quality depending on the driver. Not sure what they do to it but I wont be ordering delivery again.
Staff was extremely friendly, courteous, welcoming and just overall genuinely nice. Highly recommend visiting
They helped me out by delivering a pizza to me after I had mistakenly ordered it to be picked up. Gave them a really good tip because that was awesome.
