This is a review of the website and the phone service.Not the pizza. Pizzas good.Tried to get dinner. No option to pay cash online.Call in. 8 minutes into the call center convo, we can't match that. Let me forward you to the store.5 minutes into that, oh yeah, we can't match that deal. Which would add $8 to a $34 total.Like, I was trying to tip to 40. Not $42 tipped to $50Dude at the store was much faster and helpful. Wish the line went directly to the store.So I'll go local.

Horrible service. We ordered a pizza for delivery in Harrisonburg and never recieved it but we were charged. We talked to the manager and corporate multiple times and they never helped us or gave our money back. Don’t order here they will steal your money and SCAM YOU!! I am worried that they have our credit card information now.

They’re always pretty quick! Quality control is a little spotty. I always order the same pizza and sometimes it comes with lots of sauce or almost none. Thick fluffy crust (yum!) or thin crust. Even though I always input the order the same. That said I like them and they have earned my continued patronage.
Ordered the Shaq-a-Roni pizza [which includes Xlarge pizza with Xtra cheese, and Xtra pepperoni] yet what I ordered looked nothing like what is being advertised. I called and explained the issue, explaining that I felt like I was shorted and that this was false advertising. Yet what I was told is "Not every pizza will look the same." - Sure, but they can look like the freaking advertisement at least.The bottom photos show two pizzas that I ordered on separate occasions compared to what is being advertised.I have also gone out my way to contact Rob Lynch as well. The CEO of your company.
Went in to order a pizza and was told I couldn’t order a pizza because the one I wanted to order wasn’t available. I asked what I could get and was told I had to take what they could give me that was in the computer to make. I thought you could create your own??? I guess this one is different than all the other PJs. Total waste of time. So I just ordered a pizza from another place and now just waiting on it to finish baking.
Any of pizzas are great , love stuff crusts it’s my absolute favorite , never had any problems with delivery , will order from here again in future .
Honestly my favorite pizza in the world. BBQ chicken with extra cheese. Do yourself a favor and try it.
