Drove 20 minutes to get here. Arrived at 8:09. Walked in and was told they’re closed. Website, fb page and phone prompts say closes at 8:30. There were at least 10 patrons in the restaurant and 3 additional people walked in after I was turned away. They did not walk out, so they must have been able to order. Still not sure why I was told they were closed.
2 stars for manager, & missing items. Salad was missing chicken & decided to get a sandwich instead. I was told by nice staff member she will speak w/ manager about refunding difference. Nasty attitude manager was rude & kept saying what can I do? Ummm, did you not just talk to your staff member, so I reexplained everything & she was adamant I wouldn’t get a refund, at this point the nice staff member took my bag w/ salad in it & I told her I had a full salad, there is $2 difference, then I had to ask for receipt after receiving my food, along w/ refund.
A colleague had placed a catering order for me to pick up. Upon arrival, the order wasn’t ready & realized very quickly my colleague selected the incorrect pickup date. I was on a time schedule yet the team assured me they could make the large order in 10 mins! WOW! They gladly took on the challenge & expedited my order to get me on my way & did it w/ a smile despite it being our mistake! Thank you! It was very much appreciated!
If you enjoy watching 5 cooks throwing food at each other and joking around, then getting home with half your order, and driving BACK to the store, then this is your place! I’m a server, so I’m very patient in restaurants. This in a joke.
Eat there tonight and was very disappointed, I ordered French Onion soup and they barely put enough soup in it to cover the bottom of the bowl. My wife order A salad with chicken and apples, and they did not put any chicken in it. She took it back and they gave her a bowl of chicken on the side.
Every time I've been to this certain location, it's been unpleasant. From the soup being cold to no actual food being on my sandwich. I think this location is cursed.
Total rip off. Tried calling to speak to someone no one would answer. Bread is hard as a brick, chicken noodle soup had only 2 noodles and no vegetables, very displeased with food and the price 53 dollars for what? The kids soup is the same size as the adult portion??? Never again and will not recommend
I love the Panera Chipotle Avocado Chicken Sandwich. I usually get extra chicken because one of my dogs loves the chicken. Unfortunately, not this time and I'm stuck with eating the extra chicken. She usually would eat all the chicken, leaving me with the chickenless Chipotle Avocado Sandwich ?. The Sandwich was prepared quickly and they were busy when I got there. The Sandwich was hot, and delicious ?.
Was so nice to see we could eat outside with our puppy. Place was clean and had plenty of room for us. Kudos!
I love Panera but this particular location always seems to miss the mark. They take FOREVER to get your food prepared (how hard can it be to just put soup in a bowl) and the tables are always filthy.
