First and foremost the food was hot and delicious, but this wasn't the first time this has happened to me very disappointed i had my heart set on a frozen strawberry daiquiri they still haven t bought a blender Walmart is right there go get a Ninja if something isn't done they will lose business. It was very clean and the waiter was awesome and had the best personality I believe his name was Craig. B 4 we go back I am calling to c if they have a blender if not we will go to Applebee's.
Found this place while pasting through late. Looked like a regional chain but we didn't have many options so O'Charley's it was. It wasn't very busy and we were seated right away. We ordered the Honey-drizzled Southern Fried Chicken and the Baby-backed Rib and Chicken Tenders. Both come quickly and the Honey-drizzled chicken was very good but the ribs and tenders were just ok. Our server Christin was very good. Overall the food was good and we enjoyed our meal.
I highly do not recommend a steak. It was very close in consistency to a pile of play-dough. The ribs are pretty good. And of course, the rolls are to die for. Service was pretty good but we had a 20 min wait with a half-empty restaurant.
Amazing service, absolutely delicious food, just the sweetest employees, and the manager is so awesome. Can’t say enough good things. I don’t have any pics Bc we ate it so fast we didn’t take any. I’m impressed and it’s so worth the money!
Need more experienced cooks, the steak is unseasoned and very well done (no matter how you order it), the chicken tenders would have been good if they were cooked thoroughly. However, the wait staff are very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Maybe we just went on a bad day, idk...
Had a grill chicken salad. Great food. Wasn't busy for a lunch time so it was a quiet atmosphere. Waitress was very attentive. Will definitely go back.

We eat here every time we visit family in Massanutten. Food is always great and very tasty. Server was excellent and attentive to our needs. Manager came by to say hello. We will bw back soon.
This place had really great food, we sat near the bar our waiter/bartender Alex was the best he really knew what he was doing behind the bar, the drinks he made were the bomb dot com! Hands down such a great night here! Thank you O’Charley!!!
