Food is good.Moes catering is sub-par. Used them twice for company lunches and ran out of meat both times. This time we ordered for 30% more people. Still didn’t bring enough food for 50 people. If you want food for 50 people tell them you have 100 people. They might not short you then
We were able to dine in. The food was okay, if you like Mexican food.
I don’t come to Moe’s often, but when I do, I ask for Kelly. Miss girl was so nice and accommodating when my mobile order was all messed up, she stayed on the phone, gave me calls back, and did everything she could do to help. Richard also took care of my refund with one phone call, it was so easy. It’s not easy finding good service in a college town and I’m really appreciative that she was the one in the other line.Thank you queens !
Went to Moe's for Lunch and one employee specifically was making sure everything was going smooth and customers were getting their food very fast and efficient. I believe his name was Hayden
I’m only giving it one star cause I can’t give it 0?lol I waiting 45 minutes for a doordash order and people in the back were just chilling. I get it, I’m a server back home but when I have a pretty small order and my order is just not being worked on AND THE STORE IS SLOW. Do not doordash or order here if you care about your time at all
absolutely terrible. got a seasoning ball in my burrito and threw up. never eating here again!chips are good though
The bowl I got was really good. Large portions and everything tasted great.
I wish i could negative stars and that is coming from someone who has never left a bad review for anything. My husband just waited in line for 25 minutes just to get up to order and theY were out of EVERYTHING! Chicken, steak, veggies, sour cream, sauces, onions, peppers, mushrooms, i mean literally everything. He ended up literally getting me a cold burrito with just rice and cheese, we were charged for 2 meals, which is what he ordered but they only gave him 1 drink, when he asked for his second they basically refused to give it to him. We paid $35 for a cold rice and cheese burrito and a burrito bowl that he had no options to put anything in. Very disappointed in this place
SAVE MONEY DONT COME HERE. This place has a manager who is a bit cringe, feel bad for the team members. Togo food I got was dry, tasted pretty old for it being 5pm. They don't even have a bowl for the BOWL for to go. Had some 3 compartment styrofoam container that turned my food into a mess. The portions definitely did not feel the same as I've got from previous Moe's. Won't be having Moe's for awhile.
