We ordered smoothies and several other items. Instead of telling us the machine was down, they charged us. Then at the window they told us it was down, did we want something else. I asked them to just take it off and handed my card to them. He walked away, came back, and asked again if there was something we would like to substitute. I asked for the manager. The manager said they were changing out the drawer and it would be 15 minutes before they could refund my money. And asked again if he could substitute something, anything, instead. So there I sat, looking at the row of the four other registers, with a manager who boldly lied to my face. (You can refund money at any register not just the one the original charge was on. And food is cheap, so the store makes money if he keeps my money and gives me food instead. Even if I asked for more than what I'd spent.) I decided my choice was to order several fish sandwiches and apple pies and never come back here. An event later made me wish I'd demanded my money back. I had also ordered just a meat patty for our dog. After I gave it to her she threw up a total of seven times. Live and learn.

This has to be the WORST store in the history of the franchise. I ordered TWO Big Breakfasts, TWO Sides of sausage gravy, two hashbrowns. I got 2 sides of gravy and 2 sausage gravy and biscuits l and hashbrowns. This location consistently gets orders WRONG. They are so slow and $20 for the wrong meals.

Not a huge fast food fan to begin with but I am big on service...apparently they are not. 15 mins for an incorrect drive-thru order, followed by another 10 mins of negotiations(?) For not quite accuracy is a very healthy way to ensure I will not be a return customer.

Doors locked, no signs saying drive through only. Go to drive through and waited several minutes with no acknowledgement. Avoid this McDonald's, go to the one on Port Republic.

I stopped going because it takes almost 20 min to get through the drive-thru. Burger King has great breakfast sandwiches and you never have to wait more than 5 min to get through the line. Food is always hot & fresh. McDonald's is overrated and i wish more people would realize that.

Got Breakfast here ....ordered and literally a minute later it was ready ...was extremely surprised...apparently had a great crew today ?

Fast and friendly just like I like my canines. Actually the sandwiches were a bit smushed and fries were not fresh but nothing horrible.

Went to this establishment after a long day of work to pick up some food for my kids; once I get home I realized I was missing items from my order. I decided to drive back, I tell the girl at the window and she said to pull to the second window, there they BOY that was there first ask me if I was for the “four pieces” I said no, two Mac chicken extra mayonnaise, he closed the window; couple seconds later comes back and asked again what I was waiting for, this person definitely does not take his job seriously; all he cared was the joking and laughing that was going on there with his coworkers. So I tell him with some attitude, very understandable, what I was waiting for, he walked away and came back with my order and little more he needed to throw it to my face, didn’t even look at me and closed the window and turned his back and continued joking and talking after cursing behind closed window. Poor customer service Fall short to describe what that was. So so disappointed and beyond frustrated.

I arrived at this McDonald's before 10:40 pm, and what awaited me was over 20 meaningless minutes in the greasy clown man's punishment conga line. All I wanted after a long day of graduate school courses was a golden experience at the golden arches. Instead, all I received was disappointment and wasted gas, courtesy of Ronald himself. The capstone to my night would have been my order of spongy chicken cakes and starchy sodium fingers, both dippable in my choice of tangy chemical dipping jam. When 11 pm rolled around, I still had yet to hear from any of Mr. McDonald's handlers, and I had no choice but to leave this oily torture hut that failed to accommodate me during its advertised hours of operation. This Thanksgiving, I am thankful for the other McDonald's on S Carlton St. where I managed to drive over and receive said stink jester's products in less time than I spent waiting in this red and yellow striped purgatory.

Terrible, this place was terrible, we waited at least 10 minutes to get our hamburger order. Then they gave us the wrong drinks after I had to go inside to even get my drinks.I would recommend finding a different McDonalds
