My husband and I would go to this McDonalds location using drive thru. Every time I get my order my sandwiches always look like they just threw on the condiments on it like there’re serving an animal. Well today, I got my order and just have had it with this location. Managers Please teach the employees there to serve and do their job a lot better. You’re serving human beings and not animals! I have posted a picture of how I got my fish filet and it’s just disgusting that customers have to put up with this kind of service! Poor service in my opinion!
I’ll come to McDonald’s on a daily basis and they never get my food right all I asked was two double cheeseburgers with only ketchup and mayonnaise and they can’t never get it right then today I came And the guy said it’s OK and I said no it’s not OK I can I have cheese and he said well I hope you enjoy it so you better be right because this is ridiculous I come through here all the time and they never seem to get it right and it’s the evening shift it’s not even the morning shift Starting to think this is for service
Just had the worst drive thru experience I've ever had at a mcdonalds. Wouldn't accept my mobile deal for the first time ever, wouldn't listen to what me and my friend had to say when we were ordering. Tried to withhold a drink my friend had purchased for no reasonWill be going to a different location or a different chain. This sucks since everybody before today have been absolutely lovely. Whoever was working today just soured my opinion so poorly
I understand being short staffed, but I don't understand harsh remarks by the floor manger announsing order on kiask when I was waiting at register. Mgr's name I think was Susana?
The tea here is usually really good but this time is tasted poorly. Like it had sat in the urn for to long.
Had ordered 3 meals only received 2 fries 2 sandwiches 1 drink. And fries that i got where old and stale.. Not going back thats for sure
Ordered double cheeseburger and small fries. Cheeseburger didn't look at all like the picture on the menu. The bun was soggy and smashed, the cheese wasn't melted and the burger was tasteless. the fries weren't too bad, but could have used some salt.
The food was great and so was the service. Their starting to allow people to eat inside and that's something I really like about this particular building.
They don’t know how to operate a fast food restaurant. Was waiting for 3 cars for 30 f’ing minutes.
