Ordered online ahead of time, 15 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready it was not available, and then after we waited in line & they told us we'd still have to wait...but continued to take orders from people behind us in line rather than just make our order. if we'd ordered in restaurant we would have gotten them sooner. Could not get staff to wait on us, there was only one guy there that was helpful.
I went through the drive-thru I asked for hot donuts they said they didn't have any hot donuts that if I came back in 15 to 20 minutes they would have some I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes went back to the drive-thru they still didn't have any donuts hot instead said it would be another 20 minutes. that's ridiculous and I'm no longer a fan
I live about two hours away from my step mom and wanted to send her something nice for mother's day. Well my dad spent the night at this Krispy Kreme when it first opened, so this was what I thought would be perfect! I ordered the mother's day minis to be delivered and have writing on the box and it was perfect! The writing was beautiful and the donuts too! Thank you all ?
No coffee at 10:10 bc they dumped it for the night? And no offer to make some. :/ Y'all are near a high way and open for nearly another hour. Super poor ??
Beyond annoyed with this place. Stopped super early on our way out of town to beat the snow and bad weather. 630 am on a Sunday morning! We were literally the ONLY car, and they lost our box of donuts and then literally ask me to clarify my coffee order 3 times and still gave me the stalest unsweetened nastiest tasting $4 coffee I have ever had in my life!! The normal glazed donuts were nice and warm but all the rest were hard and cold and tasted old. Definitely not the quality Krispy Kreme I know of or was expecting. $20 I coulda def used to elsewhere! Off to find a Starbucks now ??
This store is well staffed and friendly which is nice to get in and out quickly. The specialty donuts are often just a little stale tasting and the open viewing area where you can see them make the donuts in the back considerably less well maintained than other Krispy Kreme locations. The rollers, the floor, the machinery all just look a bit more grimy than other locations ive been to across the country. Maybe this store is suffering the pandemic but they seem well staffed enough.
Give me those warm hot fresh Krispy Kreme donuts thank you for the best customers service all around you are wonderful keep that coffee hot and fresh yummy yummy in my tummy
I was very disappointed with my doughnuts. I bought two of the special doughnuts with snowmen . The doughnuts where the most stale doughnuts I've ever put in my mouth. Normally Krispy Kreme is my stop for all vacation treats. Ruined me!
First time watching this. Was pretty cool! Feel that there was too many donuts that were lost off the line. That cant be very cost effective. I went ahead & selected a dozen donuts to take home while i was there. Was very disappointed to find that most of the chocolate based donut was stale
Mostly yummy. Some of the fills were skimpy, and they tasted a bit stale. One of their Christmas doughnuts was completely out. But very nice service . The stores aren't what they used to be, but still a fun stop.
