I took Two Friends that haven't eaten at Kline's in about 5 years for a Treat!!. The One Begged me for a Banana Split so I said today is Your Special Day and I gave in. The FLAVOR OF THE WEEK IS "BLACK RASPBERRY" well that just made Everyone including Myself so Happy!!! THANKS Kline's ?
I had the black raspberry ice cream in a waffle cone, and it was excellent (both the ice cream and the cone). Very quick service and the prices are very good.
We eat here often. I like the different flavors of the week, service is always speedy and everyone is kind.
This place is the bomb.comI used to live in Denver and I'd travel to Harrisonburg to meet my grandparents. We'd always come here, because this was my grandpa's favorite place. I think he has good taste. It has the perfect flavor selection, with Chocolate, Vanilla, and a flavor of the week. Many people think that a lot of flavors are nice, but three flavors truly is the base of humanity. If I could, I'd give this place 6/5 stars but gOoGLe wAnTS eVerYtHiNg tO bE nEaT aNd OrGaNiZeDOnce I moved here to Harrisonburg, I realized that Klines dairy bar is how every Harrisonburg citizen gets through their day. YOU NEED TO COME HERE!Respect to this place.
Very good local ice cream chain. I respect their limited ice cream flavors that are changed every week. A classic go to is vanilla ice cream in a waffle bowl with wet nuts and strawberries. Highly recommend!
A local favorite with three locations! Has weekly special flavors, in addition to vanilla & chocolate. Lots of other choices available such as milkshakes, parfaits and banana splits.
They only had 3 flavors. Very disappointing. None of the flavors were something I wanted. Disappointing again. The person at the counter was kinda nonchalant and really did not answer questions. Overall, I won't be back. Others should reevaluate where you spend your monies ?
Best ice cream ever. All hand churned cream. Menu options include banana splits, floats, ice cream in a cone or a cup, milkshakes (you can choose to get it malted or not), and sundaes with various different toppings. They have great customer service, an outdoor patio area, and reasonable prices. The best part is the fact that they're open all year! Some other ice cream shops close for winter, but not Kline's.
