Went to the Kentucky Fried Chicken on Cantrell Avenue ordered a 16-piece chicken they didn't have but two brass and one of the substitute with something else and then we ordered two large coleslaw and two large mashed potatoes with gravy we get all the way home and we only have mashed potatoes and no gravy what kind of mess is that
Terrible!!!biscuits were hard...chicken was so greasy wasn't even edible!!! Will not be going back

This place is run by a gentleman by the name of Mike, he indicated that he's the GM, on Wednesday 1/26 I went to this KFC and ordered (12) piece wings and what I received was a tray of wing elbows mixed with what appeared to be (4) flat parts of the wings which all had been over cooked and extremely hard, literally cooked to a crunch, attention: you don't have to fry chicken until it is unrecognizable. Last but not least the GM Mike acted like he was unsure of what to do about the situation?? beware this is the absolute worst KFC I have ever been to, if I could rate it 0 stars I would, this place is horrible
Cold food and no customer service! They take no responsibility for cooking food if you order there uber! They blame it on the delivery! If you want decent warm food maybe order it yourself! After telling the manager that my wings were old all he could tell me is contact Uber Eats! That Thier contract!
Prices went up. Only one side for box dinners 8.99 for 3 piece with one side. I picked French fries which where over cooked. Chicken was good. Service was good.
Always consistent on quality of chicken little pricey by bucket but that's a sign of the times love the coleslaw but seems like mash potatoes are slipping but gravy makes it better

Mac and cheese bowls have been discontinued? They don't have them anymore.. but I got one 2wks [email protected]) Service was horrible.. no ice in my drink-asked for a cup of ice and there might have been four cubes of ice in the cup..ordered honey barbecue wings and it was barbecue sauce out of a Kraft bottle I am absolutely sure of that ...Not good at all. Don't think I will be back to THiS location again. Did give one star for the regular mac and cheese it was edible...
